This is the kind of Mexican food I like!! The owner is from Puebla, MX. The food tastes different. The BEST, in my opinion! Flavorful, hearty, like a party in my mouth! I try my best to order with my limited Spanish, but they do understand English. Very nice people there!! There is seated dining. We did take out. Amazing. We will continue to order from here any time we're in the area.

We've eaten at Gaby's a number of times and have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely top quality, no matter what we order: chimichangas, burritos, quesadillas, tacos - you name it. The people are friendly, the place is spotless, and prices are very reasonable. Phoenixville has high food standards, and Gaby's is right at the top!
