Garden Grille & Bar

My friend called this hotel to hold 5 rooms for a few of us writing girls. The rate had gone up significantly from last year, so she called to amend the reservation. 183 plus tax was way too much for me and I'm just a grant funded state employee. My friends were going to stay only 1 night and book a separate conference room to write in. When she called, the front desk said they could amend the reservation. FILTY ROOM, BLACK MOLD IN BATHROOM , CHAIR IN ROOM IS SUPPOSED TO BE RED BUT WAS BLACK ,WALL PAPER COMING OFF WALL . COULDN’T USE COFFEE MACHINE IT WAS SO GROSS , MICROWAVE WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! WAS PROMISED 50000 POINT AND NEVER RECEIVED!!!!! I’M JUST SO DISAPPOINTED IN HILTON I STAY ALL ACROSS COUNTRY AND NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!

Rooms are run down and tired. TV was not working during our stay. I called to get it fixed. I was told the maintenance man would come fix it. He never came. Tried to eat breakfast, but they stopped serving at 9am. Nothing available. I was 5 mins too late.
