My friend called this hotel to hold 5 rooms for a few of us writing girls. The rate had gone up significantly from last year, so she called to amend the reservation. 183 plus tax was way too much for me and I'm just a grant funded state employee. My friends were going to stay only 1 night and book a separate conference room to write in. When she called, the front desk said they could amend the reservation. Then the manager said no, charged her card the full rate x 5 rooms and refuses to ammend the reservation. Your website says 48 hour cancellation policy for booked rooms. My friend was under the impression she was holding 5. I have made thousands of reservations as a travel agent and a traveler. Never has a hotel done this before. She gave no agreement to that charge. I'm supposed to check in to your hotel this weekend. If you see me, good luck with that. I'm not going to make this easy.

FILTY ROOM, BLACK MOLD IN BATHROOM , CHAIR IN ROOM IS SUPPOSED TO BE RED BUT WAS BLACK ,WALL PAPER COMING OFF WALL . COULDN’T USE COFFEE MACHINE IT WAS SO GROSS , MICROWAVE WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! WAS PROMISED 50000 POINT AND NEVER RECEIVED!!!!! I’M JUST SO DISAPPOINTED IN HILTON I STAY ALL ACROSS COUNTRY AND NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!

Rooms are run down and tired. TV was not working during our stay. I called to get it fixed. I was told the maintenance man would come fix it. He never came. Tried to eat breakfast, but they stopped serving at 9am. Nothing available. I was 5 mins too late.

5 stars to the team at this hotel for helping create a wonderful atmosphere for my sister’s baby shower this weekend. Shout out to Rhonda, Lamar, Chris and Kayla for being so helpful.

The restaurant definitely deserves its own review! The staff are fantastic and super personable. My wife and I were here for 31 days in April/May of 2022, and we had breakfast here almost every morning. We try to stay all-natural with food, and they were willing to work with us. We provided an organic Olive Oil spray, and they would use that on our omelets. They never made us feel like a hassle or burden, and we loved getting to know them, especially Rhonda and Trupti! At times they had nice Chobani Yogurt, and they always had great apple/orange juice options. They also had Franks hot sauce and cream cheese packs that were SOOOO GOOD on the omelets :)Can't wait to go back and enjoy the food and friends again!
