So this place can be good. Its just not consistent. Sometimes really good and other times not so tasty. I guess it depends on who is cooking back there. Therefore it can be a hit or a miss.
We tried a Guatemalan kitchen restaurant and the food was truly delicious — full of authentic flavors and well-prepared. There was a small mix-up with my order, and I was brought something I didn’t ask for. When I mentioned it, they brought the missing part of the order on the side. Despite the hiccup, the staff was friendly and polite. Overall, a tasty experience with warm service, just a bit of room for improvement in accuracy.
Disappointing Attempt at Guatemalan Cuisine

I was excited to try this restaurant, expecting authentic Guatemalan flavors, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. While the menu listed traditional dishes like pepián and tamales, what arrived at the table felt more like an Americanized version of Guatemalan food. The flavors were bland, the tortillas tasted store-bought, and the portions seemed catered more to presentation than authenticity.
