I love that they have vegan cookies. Last time I was there the cookies were cold and I called and spoke to Amber and she just said that the warming door had been open a long time because they were busy. I feel like if you're going to go to insomnia you want warm cookies

I actually like the cookies, they are expensive so if you are going to pay that much for cookies go with the deluxe. The one star is really about the “specials” they offer free delivery regularly but their delivery is terrible

I ordered 2 double chocolate chunks and there was only one in my order, replaced with a singular cookie separated for bo reason. Clearly no one respects the orders placed.

Cookies were so gross, also they canceled my online order without letting me know. I had to re-place the order in the store. I went to the Exton location and they were so much better! I do not recommend throwing your money out on this location, not to mention 2 of the cookie flavors were out of stock here.
