Insomnia Cookies gets a lot of hype for late-night treats, but honestly, it's just okay. The cookies are warm and fresh, which is nice, but the flavors feel pretty standard—nothing blew me away. I tried the classic chocolate chunk and an ice cream sandwich, and while they hit the spot for a quick craving, the portions are small for the price, and the service was meh during my visit (staff seemed rushed). If you're desperate for something sweet after midnight, it'll do, but there are better dessert spots out there.

Very good cookies, as others have mentioned very pricey. Almost $5. For one confection and even more for fancy ice cream ones. A rare treat for us and friendly store when I had to call about an order.
Perfect transaction from beginning to end. Cookies were delicious (so I’m told as they were sent to a friend).

As usual it was amazing. For best experience, mix a scoop of caramillionaire (the best caramel ice cream I’ve ever tasted) with a scoop of dreamweaver (a delicious must try purple ice cream which has white chocolate stars in it). Thank me later ❤️

My grandson went there to buy a box of cookies. Cost 18 dollars for 4 cookies and a brownie. Cold hard cookies. Disappointing.
I love that they have vegan cookies. Last time I was there the cookies were cold and I called and spoke to Amber and she just said that the warming door had been open a long time because they were busy. I feel like if you're going to go to insomnia you want warm cookies

I actually like the cookies, they are expensive so if you are going to pay that much for cookies go with the deluxe. The one star is really about the “specials” they offer free delivery regularly but their delivery is terrible

Good, but not worth the price tag. Almost $5 for one large cookie. It was empty inside when we went… (6:00 on a Sunday night). I had the salted caramel. They are offering a BOGO deal every Monday in March- that would have been the time to go :\\
