Insomnia Cookies gets a lot of hype for late-night treats, but honestly, it's just okay. The cookies are warm and fresh, which is nice, but the flavors feel pretty standard—nothing blew me away. I tried the classic chocolate chunk and an ice cream sandwich, and while they hit the spot for a quick craving, the portions are small for the price, and the service was meh during my visit (staff seemed rushed). Very good cookies, as others have mentioned very pricey. Almost $5. For one confection and even more for fancy ice cream ones. A rare treat for us and friendly store when I had to call about an order.

As usual it was amazing. For best experience, mix a scoop of caramillionaire (the best caramel ice cream I’ve ever tasted) with a scoop of dreamweaver (a delicious must try purple ice cream which has white chocolate stars in it).
