Usually I write the McDonald's company to tell them the service or quality of food that I got but the last time I did that there was no resolution so let me just show you here. On the app there's no hamburger quarter pounder so you have to say quarter pounder cheese no cheese. I did and I got a quarter pounder with cheese actually two cheese slices?! And along with that a melted milkshake which the lady at the window argued that that's the way it is right out of the machine when I suggested that she look at her machine because it's like milk she rolls her eyes. The service was appalling it took forever to get my food. I had to go ask after waiting 30 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to come out after waiting. And it wasn’t even warm.

The service is the worst and the attention is the slowest for those who come in. They always talk to customers as if they are being overpowered, and when I ask for a service, it takes them hours to attend to me.

Actually without a doubt and I mean hands down the WORST MCDONALDS I have ever been to in my life. Horrible customer service, unbearably long wait times and they tried to charge me for sauce and up charge me for sweet tea which has never happened at any McDonalds I’ve been to ever. This place should be burned to the ground and replaced with a chipotle or something

Why the HECK are yall using cheap paper straws with cheap lids that literally crimp the straw before you can drink it?? Get sippy lids or offer no straw because this is ridiculous. It’s like drinking through newspaper and thoroughly ruins the “McDonald’s Coke” experience. You guys put so much time and money into perfecting your soft drinks then have the audacity to absolutely ruin it with the cheapest nastiest paper straws I’ve ever received. Will no longer be visiting this location so I can actually enjoy my drink because my straw is literally UNRAVELING
