I mean how are u gonna charge me extra for Big Mac sauce multiple different times and then either not give it to me or give me ketchup in a side container. Crazy to charge for sauce in the first place and then to not even give it is crazy. I’m literally out like a whole meal on extra charges for Big Mac sauce I’ve never gotten at this point 😂

My friend and I got McDonald's this moring and I got a hot tea or what I thought was a hot tea and it was just water. And when I called them back the staff was so rude and when I asked if I was gonna get my money back they just said ok I even asked if I could return it and get money back and then they just kept saying okay. And then they hung up on me this is the worst costumer service experience ever. I would definitely recommend going to a different location not the one on Nutt road unless you want rude service.

BEWARE, THEY USE PAPER STRAWS! Despite the fact that compostable/biodegradable plastic-like straws exist they insist on giving you nasty paper straws that feel gross and disintegrate in your drink. If you are sensory sensitive to paper straws go elsewhere for drinks!

We are at this McDonald’s at least twice a week due to one of my kids having a lot of food difficulties. Thankfully he will eat McDonalds and that alone is worth 5 stars. However, the Phoenixville McDonald’s employees are literally always friendly, timely, and our orders are always hot and right. This is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to.

I go inside for breakfast to wait 25 min for take out on top of it inside their soda machine nozzle wasn't on and it squirted me and soaked me with soda

Placed a mobile order for two sausage burritos, a hash brown, and a meal with a bacon mcgriddle, hash brown, and pumpkin iced coffee. The store was pretty busy, but that was not an excuse for the negative attitude all of the staff had. The person at the drive through was aggressive, and they waited until the third person to tell us they didn't have the pumpkin coffee. Okay, whatever, I asked for a caramel instead. We got the rest of our order and instead of hash browns they gave us two small fries. When we asked about it, we were given more attitude and told they were out of hash browns, and the window was closed. The value of the items they replaced the hash browns with us less than what we paid. No refund was offered.
TLDR; The customer service was just a mess. They didn't have half our order, neglected to tell us, then got mad when we noticed that they replaced the missing items with cheaper substitutions.
