Actually without a doubt and I mean hands down the WORST MCDONALDS I have ever been to in my life. Horrible customer service, unbearably long wait times and they tried to charge me for sauce and up charge me for sweet tea which has never happened at any McDonalds I’ve been to ever. This place should be burned to the ground and replaced with a chipotle or something

Why the HECK are yall using cheap paper straws with cheap lids that literally crimp the straw before you can drink it?? Get sippy lids or offer no straw because this is ridiculous. It’s like drinking through newspaper and thoroughly ruins the “McDonald’s Coke” experience. You guys put so much time and money into perfecting your soft drinks then have the audacity to absolutely ruin it with the cheapest nastiest paper straws I’ve ever received. Will no longer be visiting this location so I can actually enjoy my drink because my straw is literally UNRAVELING

2 of the kids meals were missing. Chicken nuggets out of it. The cheeseburger with bacon, just had a burger and buns. No onion, no katchup, no mustard and no cheese, like what the heck!? An all the fries were soggy in all the meals. As a former manager of McDonald's That is absolutely unacceptable. Who ever's nighttime manager should be ashamed and step up or get fired.

They are terrible. I am here waiting 30 minutes for my food with my children and they are eating inside and they never serve me my food waiting 25 minutes in the parking lot and when I entered the supervisor canceled my order

Went through The Dry through to get food, but and we it opened the bag.. They looked like they threw the food in the bag. Ketchup everywhere, fries upside down.

Nicole is the rudest manager i have come across. Can’t take feedback. No wonder the crew is just as bad as the cold food they serve when you have managers like Nicole as leaders.

On Friday night 11/22 at 1133pm the rudest person was working the drive through. Absolutely the rudest. We had miscommunication with the app and curbside. They would rather watch you sit in curbside than say hey after 11pm you have to use the window, cool. No big deal but the unsanitary worker with dreads wanted to argue... I work in retail and I excell at customer service. Review your team. Make changes. Get better. These review scores are horrific. Why do you not improve based on the scores? Does anyone review them? Fire that girl. Do better.

today is the first time i ever got food poisoning from mcdonald’s at this location. i got a mcchicken, was fine for about 30 minutes and immediately had the worse stomach pains. i got home and couldn’t even hold my vomit. i’ve been back and forth to the bathroom every 20 minutes, cannot keep liquids down. all because of a mcchicken that i’m unsure what was bad with it. but considering it had been one of the only things i ate today, im 100% sure this is food poisoning from the mcchicken
