This location is gross. No one cleans the floors, tables, bathrooms, etc. The trash cans are full. One of the Coke machines is usually broken and the other is missing a bunch of things. The bathrooms are disgusting. There are booths that have broken seats or a huge tear. The people who work there are inconsistent with how the food is prepared. I love Moe’s but this location is a disgrace. A little effort and pride in your work could improve it greatly.

Terrible service/atmosphere. Inmates running the asylum. An hour left until closing they were out of half the product and they “weren’t making anymore”. Prices are the same in the afternoon as at night, then the experience and food quality should be the same as well. This place won’t last much longer.

What a shame. This location used to be great. Walked into a filthy floor, trash spilling over and empty hot options. This was on a Friday night with over an hour left of operation and they were out of beans, rice and more. It’s unfortunate because it seems they have children running the operation alone, with no proper adult supervision or guidance. I’ve overlooked less than positive experiences at this location in the past because everyone has an off day. However, it’s becoming consistent and with so many local options I can easily take my business elsewhere.

*Warning will make you sick” Awful experience! Should of known not to order after seeing the dirty counter tops, and crusty sauce bottles. First, there were a group of three and I was the only to finish my meal, the rest was wasted. Got home and food was not sitting right, and made me extremely sick which ruined my night. Also, the restroom was disgusting with human liquids everywhere which I choose not to use! Highly unsanitary practices are taking place as well. The health inspector needs to be called. This location is so poorly ran and understaffed. Immediate action needs to be taken! I will be filling an complaint.

The slowest god damn place ive ever walked into. Waited in line for nearly an hour and these employees are moving slow as molasses with one guy working the line during peak hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Then my damn food was BURNT !!!!!! They ran out of tortillas, and rice, and we had to wait for new batches of everything. The place was also FILTHY. No cleanliness whatsoever. Such a joke. I hope I never cross paths with this particular restaurant again. Save yourself a headache, do not come here.

Not sure how this Moe's has an average 4 stars when the rice was cold, chicken was cold, and the black beans. Cheese mixed in with the lettuce and just dirty drink area and bathrooms.
Either the rice isn't cooked all the way or it's been sitting for awhile. Chips are burned and super hard. Worst Moe's I've ever had.

This restaurant is absolutely awful. The whole place was a mess. The floors were very dirty, the prep stations were messy, the tables needed wiped down. The bathroom was gross. The employees didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They were spilling things behind the counter and it was gross to even watch. Food was just okay. Stomach was upset the rest of the day and I’m pretty sure it was because of eating here. Felt very sick. Will not be returning and don’t recommend.
Horrible experience restaurant wasn’t clean they were understaff and staff actually looked visibly dirty and they were very rude and unhelpful was trying to use an app offer for free queso and chips however they were so rude unhelpful and unwilling to give us the free queso that we actually canceled and returned the whole order never going back here especially when there’s chipotle and qudoba all over the area which have better customer service and better food I would not recommend this place to anyone and the manager on duty today should be fired or demoted she’s super disrespectful wanted to ask in a condescending way oh your returning it over a cup of queso? With a weird little smile and snark like something was funny I will never return to this place and it’s super dirty careful you don’t get sick eating here

Ok, so I am normally VERY understanding when it comes to food service since I used to work in the industry… but wow this was just so bad. The staff was disoriented and just clueless, the whole restaurant was a mess, and when I got my food (ordered a stack), it smelled and tasted musty like somebody had wiped down the grill or wherever my food was prepared with a dirty, moldy rag and it transferred to the food I was eating 🤢 it was so disgusting. Please be wary if you eat here.

Ordered online food for pickup, food wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Team hadn’t even looked at the to go orders until I asked where food was.
