This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Everything served to us took forever to get to our table after ordering. The second round of drinks took long enough that we finished our meal and paid before they even put an order in. Our server would spill half the water onto our table when poured our glasses. My food was not better either. I ordered a scotch egg that tasted like burnt oil, and my main was a VERY well done burger. They refused to clear our plates as well. I don't know if this was just a bad night for them or it's always like this, but I can't see myself coming back here.

Steak was mediocre for the price, desperately needs additional flavor.

Pleasant experience! Finally happy with a meal in Phoenixville borough that doesn’t leave me underwhelmed, feeling like I wasted money, and not satisfied.
Also Thank you for offering fish and chips that were delicious esp for those of us honoring no meat Fridays during lent!

Had our first dining experience at The Boardroom and it was top notch. We enjoyed the moody atmosphere, phenomenal cocktail menu, great service, and terrific food. I had the Vietnamese Pho and my husband had the steak. We both loved our meals. We will be back for sure!

We enjoy the Boardroom very much. We have now been there several times and the food has been consistently excellent. The service during our last visit on Saturday was less than average -- maybe it was just a bad night. My biggest peeve is with the wine list, or lack thereof. I understand this is a partnership with Boardroom Spirits, and the cocktails are excellent. But like many, I enjoy a nice glass of wine with a nice meal. There are only two bottles of red on the menu, one Cab, one Pinot. That's fine ... if the Boardroom allowed diners to bring in their own bottle and charged a corkage fee. I brought that up, but that's not the policy. My strong advice: Expand the wine offerings and/or allow diners to bring in their own bottle and charge the corkage fee.

Wifey and I came here for Valentine's Day. We had the snow crab legs, shrimp, salmon salad, and green curry. The food and service was fantastic. Overall a really good experience and we will definitely be back.

The Boardroom is INCREDIBLE! Their menu is only one page so you know everything will be great. Their oysters are the best I've ever had and the Crispy Pork Tonkatsu blew my mind! I've never had a breaded cutlet so perfectly breaded and evenly crispy. The Pommes Frites were good, but the roaster fingerling potatoes were excellent.
