This past Saturday we hosted a 1st birthday party for my grandson. A relative had used a water-ice truck provider for a recent party and although they did a great job, I was curious as to what else was out there. I remembered Petrucci's always had great ice cream, water ice and frozen custard, and I wondered whether they had a truck. I easily found them online for my area and called them up. I ended up speaking with Rob, and I was luckily able to quickly secure the date we needed. He had another event earlier in the day, but he made time for us. He showed up on time and completely prepared. He brought his own generator to provide power for his freezers and after parking his mobile "shoppe", in a very short time, he was taking orders from our guests. This was a huge hit. Everyone was able to choose among different flavors of ice cream or water ice and I think all 40+ guests in attendance got at least one serving - with many coming back for more. Rob has great people skills, so he was able to interact with our guests and conducted side conversations with many of them without missing a beat serving everyone else. It went so well that I invited him in to join the party as things were winding down. At that point he had become part of the celebration and everyone welcomed him to have some food and mingle. Great experience. We will definitely do it again...

I’m extremely picky about my ice cream and to me it’s pretty normal ice cream but they make up for it with atmosphere and community! Even though the ice cream is ok the store itself is very cool. My daughter loves all the pink and the mini carousel. She asks to stop there every time we pass by.

The worst experience I've ever had, they are very racist, the girl who serves is rude and provides bad service, she looked down on my family and the ice creams are AWESOME, she gave me the ice cream she wanted and since it was not what I had asked for, she told me I would throw it away
