Nowhere to sit. I told the lady I just wanted one soft pretzel she tells me I'd have to buy 5 of them. She then grabs me a single pretzel that was sitting out on a table in a pile that's probably been sitting out all day. The pretzel was rock hard, barely had salt on it, and didn't even look like the typical pretzel factory pretzel. 1.50$ for a little cup of spicy mustard and a little cup of cheese that was cold. I grew up in jersey eating at the pretzel factory but this place sucked.

Rivets were stale I drove back and they never acknowledged or said they were sorry just can u wait for five minutes for new ones to come out. So knowingly sold me old pretzels hard as a rock. Older woman sitting by cash register behind the counter and young guy waiting on me. So basically tried to sell stale pretzels with no remorse. Great idea for your business to do well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived for pick up the location was closed. Didn’t receive any notification they couldn’t complete the order and they accepted my payment. Had to speak with corporate to get the refund and the franchise kept the tip.

Ordered a crowd pleaser Extra dark , extra salty for a party. Got to store pretzels were light and minimal salt. Was told I could wait 7 mins and she would make more. I dint have the time to wait. Soooo disappointed at this establishment. Guess you can't get them the way you want them. Will NEVER be back!
