Primos is hands down, then best hoagies outside of Philadelphia! Fantastic seeded rolls.

IMHO, Primos is hands down, then best hoagies outside of Philadelphia! Fantastic seeded rolls.
I wanted to take the time to say what a well-lead operation they have at the Phoenixville location. I left my wallet behind by accident and not only did they have it kept in their safe until I was able to come back to get it, it had everything still in it and they even double checked that it was actually me before handing it over. They saved me a huge headache, and it’s obvious the manager of this location has taught his associates well.

Sandwiches are always delicious!
I was overcharged. Website is crap and doesn’t let you submit feedback. Just really bad experience
Best hoagies in the suburban Philadelphia area. Only the White House in Atlantic City is better. But you can't go wrong with Primo's!

Primo makes an awesome sandwich when it's made the way you ask for it to be made. Taking the order and then preparing the sandwich as if not reading the order for the sandwich. When paying for what you want and not getting it can be extremely annoying. Love to have what I pay for and exactly as I asked for it. If I ever get a sandwich made the way I ask for it. I will give five stars

I order from this location semi-frequently but the last two times I have ordered online, they have added the Diablo seasoning to my sandwich when it is not part of the ingredients or requested. I don't know if they're getting their seasonings mixed up or what, but for this to happen twice on a plain ham & cheese is very frustrating. Makes the sandwich unedible.

Came in Friday ordered 2 hoagies the lady was very friendly and polite however the 70 year old woman who was slicing the meat didn't know what she was doing she looked like she was on drugs. Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. There usually much faster when the men are slicing.

I normally love Primo Hoagies usually everything is so fresh. When we went earlier the bread was stale. Not what I would expect when I go to Primo. Its not cheap either, one sandwich is $15. This was a dissapointment.
There are absolutely the Greatest. The older woman name Cindy was VERY helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. I called for a last minute tray and they were very accommodating, yes they do require 24 hours notice but Dave the Manager was VERY understanding of my circumstances. He truly came to my rescue. Thank you Dave and Cindy. They were the only 2 working that day and still helped me immensely. However next time I will give 24 hr. Notice for sure!! Please note they cannot always help everyone without a 24 hr. Notice! They do there best!! Great new store owners!!! Food was Devine and perfect.
