Soko Bag Korean Fried Chicken

I walked out of my husband’s room in ICU and crossed the street to go into Soko Bag for some lunch. I couldn’t even process the words on the menu and shared with the cashier that my husband had a heart attack. Shea comped my meal, offered me snacks while I waited and even put a crumb cake into the bag that I didn’t order. She went out of her way to be kind and generous and told me that everything is going to be okay. It truly brought tears to my eyes and the food was incredible. I have barely been eating because I didn’t want to leave him and this was the best thing I’ve had in days. Thank you so much for making me feel seen and loved!

We were soooo impressed with Soko Bag today! We have been so disappointed with local Korean Fried Chicken places at the Jersey Shore. So we rode an hour and 40 minutes to Phoenixville and the trip was sooo worth it. I doubt any other place will measure up to the quality and friendliness we enjoyed this afternoon. We highly recommend Soko Bag! Check it out. If you know good food, this will definitely become a fav.

I stopped here after an appointment when they just opened for the day and it was my first time there. The food is so good and the owners are extremely friendly! I felt very welcomed there and cannot wait to go back again with friends to try more of the food :)

Tonight I tried their new salad....let me tell you, if you haven't tried it yet, go for it!! Everything in it has so much flavor and just creates a very delicious salad. I added chicken to mine and I had it with the avocado ranch dressing. YUM 😋

Outstanding flavors of food and some of the coolest sodas and beers! Great for the whole family and to watch a game. Staff is warm and friendly. Get the Ghost Chedder if you dare! Will return ASAP.

As a Phoenixville local, Soko bag is consistently a great local spot to eat. They have great options on their menu, even salads! The beer is cold, the atmosphere is fun and the owner Shea is the nicest guy. Highly recommend!

The menu is simple, and they do it great! My fiancé and I shared The Seoul Train, and got a split of the traditional bamboo salt as well as honey soy garlic. The chicken was amazing and the sauces accentuated the chicken taking it to a whole new level. The beverage and beer choices were great. This is a true “Philly” gem, the atmosphere, ambience, and decor rich with Philly culture. This place is a 10/10 must try!

I stopped in for lunch with a coworker, and the experience was outstanding. I ordered the Snow Chicken, which was exceptionally flavorful and perfectly prepared. The blue cheese sauce complemented it beautifully, while the fries were crisp and golden, paired with a spicy mayo that added just the right touch of heat. The menu offers a refreshingly unique take on familiar dishes, and the atmosphere—complete with vibrant Philadelphia sports décor—creates a lively and welcoming setting. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for great food and an enjoyable dining experience

I have been wanting to try this restaurant and am so glad I did. I ate dinner here for the first time tonight and I really enjoyed the food. There were many choices for chicken flavors and also sauces. I tried the traditional salt and white cheddar. I am excited to go back and try the other ones too. Generous sized portions too.
