My coffee spot deserves 5 stars because it's a mission centered business. It's associated with Camphill Village, and is therefore inclusive in its hiring of staff, has a vegetarian menu, and sources locally. The baristas are friendly and make an effort to get to know you if you are a regular. Yes, it may take a while for a latte if it's busy and they have to follow food safety standards when heating up breakfast sandwiches (which takes time and they let you know when you order). I am ok with that because the money you spend here is staying locally and supporting a non-profit.

Rude service from the get go. Took 3 employees 4 minutes to make a latte. No option for skin (or even 2%) milk. Coffee tastes burnt. 10 minute wait time for a simple egg McMuffin. Never again find somewhere else.

Stopped here one morning after biking up to Phoenixville. The little shop was buzzing. We ordered drinks and baked goods. I had a specialty chai latte (maple?) although I really only noticed the chai (I'm not the most sophisticated). They drew the cute milk foam patterns on our drinks. The baked goods had a huge variety. We tried the raspberry strudel square (I love tangy, it was too much for kid and SO), a banana chocolate chip muffin with no gluten (we missed the gluten) and the mini apple crumble (yum!!! Said everyone)

Super sweet staff and amazing coffee. It's always so clean and beautiful in the Cafe, and it's a great location. I would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely terrible place. Waiting time for two small cups of coffee was closed to ten minutes. By the moment it was done , the coffee was already cold. The barista manager was pretty rude. On my Q about some croissants she reply it will be cooked next week. Instead of helping to make a cup of coffee, she has been watching the very slow process done by the other individual.certainly it was neither French bakery nor Italian style. Her verbal reply was rude and she has been using her finger signs talking to me . Terrible place! Customer satisfaction ZERO.

I enjoyed my coffee and my friend's food looked delicious. He said it was great! Service was excellent. Inside the tables are a bit cramped but ok if not too crowded.

This place is awesome! Trust me, you'll love it. They have outdoor seating, including an adorable semi-secluded patio with a table and chairs, as well as plenty more seating inside. The place feels artsy cute, I'm from San Diego, CA and it feels like home. It's so nice to see the active support and promotion of all abilities working, living, and playing together. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took the time to enthusiastically answer all of my annoying questions. Now the tasty part: They make their own pastries in-house, which is surprising considering the large variety they offer. I had to buy a few because they looked so good. They tasted EVEN BETTER than they looked. I would highly recommend the blondie and scone. They even make their own syrups, the hazelnut was bomb in my iced latte and it complimented my treats very well.Overall great food, great vibe, great staff, and great cause.Vegetarian options: Most (if not all) of their pastries are vegetarian, see pic for pastries. Their drinks (most, if not all) are also vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Super chill vibe with friendly staff and tasty treats (and a bathroom).Parking: It is a busier street during normal trafficky times, but at 10am, there was plenty of parking along the street and no traffic.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and professional, their scones are delicious, and their matcha latte is better than any I’ve ever had. They’re also connected to a local nonprofit that provides training and jobs for people with intellectual differences, so they’re not just a lovely coffee shop, but one that’s making a positive impact in this world. ❤️

This place is overpriced, low quality, very rude and checked out employees. I find it odd that they were posting about a Go Fund me last summer and last fall for a broken air conditioner, and $2k broken coffee grinder, but then somehow closed for a month to completely renovate. It’s a nonprofit enterprise, and I have to wonder if there is some poor/unethical money management going on. Either way—who cares if they have great coffee right? Well—they don’t anymore and why are the people so rude that work there? I went years ago and coffee was good, atmosphere was warm and vibrant. Go to Steel City instead.

Been going here for a few years, and it's my favorite coffee shop in Phoenixville! It's a small, quiet place with good coffee and pastries. I highly recommend the quiche, but just about everything I've had from there has been tasty!
