Ordered Mocha frappe on app for pick up and it was full of ice and no flavor. Didnt even feel Mocha and had to throw away . Also ordered latte and still was an average. First time ordered from this location and feel totally wasted money.

Fix the situation with your lids!!!!!! I’ve had multiple drinks spill because when I pick up the drink and grasp the cup the lid, pops off and spills. The cupholder in my car is a quarter of the way filled with spilled coffee. It’s happened twice in two weeks. I’m going going back to Dunkin. Their lids fit.

Always good coffee and usually good service. The employees are almost all good here. I take off 1 Star because the pro trans/bi/gay flags at almost every Starbucks is strange and annoying. How about the American flag??

I came here with a complaint. I ordered a Venti shaken espresso in Trooper. I left and took a sip; the whole cup was filled to the top with ice. They didn't give me the right amount of espresso and I had a cup full of ice to prove it. They initially refused to fix the issue as I drank the espresso portion. I asked if they would kindly make me a grande to fix it. They refused again. I said "wow really," and they gave me $4 on a Starbucks card and told me to use it on my next visit. I really just wanted the caffeine I paid over $6 for and the supervisor here was being a jerk. I don't need these issues before my caffeine fix.

I took Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Venti yesterday and it’s so thin means there’s so much ice like literally whole cup of ice with less than 40% drink.. I had 4 pumps of syrup but still it doesn’t taste anything.. it’s more like small amount of coffee, cinnamon and some milk with lots of ice so much watery. I’m not at all satisfied with this drink Starbucks.

Sunday at 9:30 and the place is a mess. Trash overflowing in the restaurant and staff not organized. They’ve gone to a new machine for drips that means you have to wait for your coffee instead of taking it immediately. My breakfast sandwich beat my simple dark roast and was cold before I finally received my coffee. And the coffee that did come is lacking flavor. Sad, Starbucks use to be consistently quality. Now it’s expensive and hit/miss. Management is missing and it’s driving away business.
