Taco bell is the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. I mean it, you HAVENT lived unless you’ve been there. I go at least once a day during my break from work. I love it love it love it. Sometimes I even go after work to hangout with all my best friends (the employees). In particular, my favorite are Janice, Reba, and Jessica. Sometimes the’ll even throw in a free meal for their most loyal customer, and we’ll all go smoke a joint outside. Love you Taco Bell community! Sincerely, #1 fan of THE BELL

DoorDash was horrible. I called and spoke to the manager, whose name was Victor tonight which is Saturday, September 13 and he was so ignorant and very employed and he told me I need to call DoorDash to handle the situation. I asked him if he would do anything for me in the store. He said no I’m tired of your phone call stop calling me call the manager if you’re not happy so yeah this place is not good at all

Judy was awesome but CC obviously it doesn't like her job and wants everybody to know it she really phoned in my order if you don't like your job and you think it's beneath you go get the job you think you deserve and if you can't get it maybe you're not as amazing as you think you are but at least do a good job at the job you don't like!

The FOOD and SERVICE at Taco Bell Phoenixville is horrible - I completed an online order which accidentally sent when I was not ready, so I informed the staff that I'd be arriving later, and if they could make the food then. They verbally agreed and said they made the note. When I arrived with my family, I was presented with soggy, cold burritos and tacos with nearly nothing inside. The wrapper was heavier than the burrito itself which was absolutely ridiculous. I spoke about my concerns to the cashier and manager, who proceeded to weigh the food in front of me as justification of them being right? I've been coming to Taco Bell since the late 1990s, and to this location for nearly ten years. I don't think I will returning back with this horrendous service. Felt disrespected and felt like throwing away the food that I spent my money on.

Went through The Drive thu got our food. They gave us the complete wrong order. We had stopped pullover, go inside and get the right bag and we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get our food. It was just 3 tacos, that's it. How can you mess three tacos up
