I ordered my food earlier today (for the first time) through Uber Eats to pick it up myself.
When I reached there, there was nobody at the front desk (like I have seen in any restaurant I have been to). I walked in until a woman stopped me and curtly asked me “Yes?” (I would typically say expect a “How can I help?” but instead got this). I explained “I am here to pickup my food that I ordered through Uber Eats. That woman immediately went on to point me to the door, saying “Uber Eats, Door dash and other pickups to the back of the store. Do not come through front gate please.” This was truly the most indecent and non-courteous treatment I have received from any restaurant staff.

I walked out and couldn’t find a back gate. So was loitering around until a man came out and handed my food to me with a smile. The woman kept standing behind and had not even a hint of apology.

I brought back the food and absolutely loved it. In fact, my wife loved it too and suggested we take our relatives (team of 6 about to visit us next week) to the restaurant. But then I narrated this incident to her and we decided in unison that we are not stepping in this restaurant for sure.

Food quality: 5/5

Service: -4/5(1 point grace because of the guy who handed over the food eventually with a smile)

Ordered take out here for the first time- wish we didn't take so long to try this because we loved everything we got. The pad Thai was the perfect balance of sour, sweet, and spicy. The pineapple curry was also well balanced. The papaya salad was refreshing and crisp. Will definitely be ordering more often! Also appreciated that gluten free options were clearly marked on their online menu on Door dash

The curry is always vegan, the peanut curry is my favorite! My second favorite is drunken noodles, I just ask to make sure no fish or oyster sauce in the noodles, and they are accomodating!

This is a must to go restaurant!! The food is amazing, the sauces are sweet and savory, and the place is decorated nicely. It has a warm atmosphere and delicious food. The Thai Lettuce Wraps was my favorite appetizer! Very fresh and the fillings were super tasty. I’m in love!! ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰 The staff are also very friendly, don’t listen to negative reviews I’ll defend this place with my life.

I wish I had pictures, unfortunately this is one of those places where I wanted to dig in so fast I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the vegetable delight with grilled duck - medium spicy, with white rice. It was delightful, tasty and filling. If you ever find yourself in Phoenixville PA, you have to check this out.

The food here is amazing. Vegan options clearly marked. Bonus is they also offer vegan options that are also gluten free. Love the Basil Garden and the Thai Hot Fries (ask for no sauce or sauce on side as it contains egg). Portions are generous . They recently started serving alcohol but license appears to be separate from restaurant. You'll receive two bills, one for food and one for any alcoholic drinks. Did love when they were BYOB. The atmosphere is welcoming and there is something on the menu for everyone. If you are in Phoenixville and haven't been, definitely add it your list. Reservations recommended as they do get busy.

Absolutely love their Pak Ruam. The vegetable dumpling soup is also so delicious. Have had their vegetable spring rolls and triangle tofu in the past which are delicious apps. Feel like the portions get smaller since we first ate here in 2023.

The WORST take out experience EVER. Salmon under done. Half raw. My 2 stars are generous. Perhaps under new management. No one can communicate in anything close to English. It was NEVER THIS BAD. A total waste of money. And I was starving!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Parking: What a joke. And what a shame. I WILL NOT be eating Tai for a LONG TIME

Very yummy food.

Decent service, the vibe was a little odd a mix of Indian and a girls college dorm room.

But overall, highly rated!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Too many good Thai restaurants in the area. Don’t settle for this place. Crab rangoons were the highlight of the meal and legit good. Drunken noodles had good spice but absolutely no flavor, basically plain noodles with some spice and tiny portions. They did not include rice with my wife’s cashew chicken entree and told us we had to drive to the restaurant to get some if we wanted it even though we paid for delivery. Highly recommend going elsewhere and avoid the underwhelming food and lack of customer service.
