I have been a big fan of this place for months now. However the last few times I've ordered from them, I've regretted it. Tonight I got a cheese steak with maybe half a slice of provolone on a huge roll. It was so dry that the contents of the sandwich looked like a really fancy dog treat or chew. I'm really disappointed and hope something can be done to bring it back to the quality we were inspired by when they opened.

Got here with a group of 6 at 530pm on a Saturday. It was pretty dead and there seemed to be only two guys working. It took about 30 min for them to get the drinks out, and they came out in weird waves, instead of all at once.
4 cocktails were ordered off the menu, and the people working seemed like they had no idea what they were. I don't drink and the place has no NA options, so if you don't drink I guess you get a diet coke.
Anyway, 3 people said their drinks tasted watery, and they were pretty sure no alcohol was in there. One guy ordered an old fashioned and I could tell it was weak, just by looking at the color. An old fashioned isn't supposed to be the color of straw/light light amber.
Around 6pm it seemed like a woman was on shift and she was hustling and getting things done. The food came out as fast as the drinks, but wasn't great.
Everything was acceptable to eat, but I could stop by any local sports bar and get way better food.
Poor service, bad cocktails, and mediocre food. Shout out to the lady who hustled though.

Had an amazing dinner at The Bridge Bar & Grille tonight. Highly recommend, the meal was among the best I’ve had in Phoenixville, ever. So far the quesadilla and the tropical chicken salad are my favorites - the chicken is literally the most flavorful I’ve ever tasted. They’re pretty new, give them a try!!!

My husband and I ate here this evening. Our server David was excellent. He recommended the "Pacific Avocado Chicken" salad and it was wonderful. My husband also had a local beer and buffalo chicken sandwich, both were good. I highly recommend going to this new restaurant!

Kylie, as both bar tender and server, was great. Welcoming, friendly, and nice. We went there for dinner and really enjoyed ourselves. Great food, drinks, and draft beer selection. Will be back.

I went there during Blobfest. The drinks are delicious. Gertrude our bartender makes all the cocktail bases herself. You’re getting the freshest cocktails. The food coming out looked delicious so I will definitely be back to try it. The decor is updated, definitely check this place out.
