First time coming here and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread but receive the chipotle chicken flatbread, which is fine but when i was looking at it before trying it i noticed something stringy. there was a long strand of hair in my food. Smoothie was great but completely ruined my lunch.

This was. A very clean, brightly lit store. The woman at the counter was very welcoming and pleasant. It wasn't off time, so it wasn't busy. My breakfast was very fresh and served quickly. I was able to sit at a table and do paperwork. It was over all it was a pleasant experience. Plenty of parking.

I placed a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app today, and it was fulfilled through DoorDash. My order was never delivered (even though the tracking through DoorDash said it was) and I called the Tropical Smoothie Cafe for help since DoorDash customer service was absolutely no help.
Even though it wasn't their fault, the kind lady at Tropical Smoothie Cafe (assuming it was the manager) not only made me a new order, but she delivered it herself to my door! I was so grateful and appreciative, and my food tasted delicious (as it always does)! Thank you for great customer service and great wraps and smoothies for my daughter and I!

My smoothie was very good, can’t wait to get another. Staff was very polite and friendly. My only complaint is that the inside of the store was very hot. Was not the escape from the heat I was expecting besides the smoothie helping cool me down. Was uncomfortably hot inside and I felt bad for the staff.

I have been going there for almost 4 years to the one in Phoenixville. I recommend them. They are super attentive and they please you quite a bit. I go for the green juices and the quesadillas and the employees there are a young woman and a man who have been there for years and what attentive people you eat, I like it, congratulations
