Food took a long time to come to the table. Calamari was soggy and lemon aoli was not very flavorful. The carbonara was inedible. Pasta in carbonara was over cooked and dry, not seasoned well, and bacon was not crispy. Definitely not worth $20. Overall, pretty underwhelming dinner

When it's good, it's great.
My first experience with takeout pizza here was somewhat disappointing. The crust was soggy and the pizza tasted like one big cheese delivery system. I ended up trying out every other pizza place in town before giving Vecchia a second try.
I'm glad I did! The second time I ordered takeout from them, the crust had that irresistable Neapolitan crisp-soft-chewy texture that I crave. The flavors were much better balanced as well, complex and savory.
Maybe they have their off days? But when they're running full steam, this is a top notch Neapolitan pizza place.

Really amazing Italian food. I tried the boardwalk pie and the funghi pizza which were both amazing. I love the fluffy crust and neopolitan pizza. The portions were plenty and full of flavor. The bread with the whipped ricotta was also really good and the waiter was great. I definitely want to try one of the pasta dishes next time.

We were one of the first tables seated outside and basically were ignored for the first 20 mins. We sat and watched the other tables fill up and be waited on. We ended up sending one of our girls over to grab a menu so we could be ready when we were finally acknowledged. Food was good, but our pizzas were not piping hot. Pretty sure it had been ready for a little while based on the fact that people who sat down 30 mins after us got their food ahead of us. It would have been fine but we had our girls with us and they were pretty hungry. Not sure we will be back.

The pizza and the salad were delicious, I could see myself coming here again or even takeout.
My only comment is, they sat us down pretty quick but I had to get up to get the menu since it passed a relatively good amount of time and no one hand it to us.
Pro-tip: if you are going over the weekend make a reservation!

This is a neighborhood gem. It is a small place but the pizza is wonderful (wood oven baked), and the service was fast and friendly. On Thursday night, all pizzas are only $12, which is a great deal. Their pasta dishes are also quite good. Make a reservation ahead of time as there are a limited number of tables.

What a treat to experience this place! Visiting from Arizona, we were delighted to have dinner here. Delicious pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. If you are looking for Italian food, this is the place!

This is hands down the best Neapolitan pizza I've had in the U.S.! I absolutely love the dough — perfectly light and fluffy — and the ingredients are top quality. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! When I moved here from Europe, the very first thing I did was search for authentic Neapolitan pizza, and I’m so glad I found this spot😍🥰❤️🍕!
The spaghetti had the makings of a varsity athlete

Great food and service!
We’ve eaten here a number of times and always really enjoyed it. There are so many wood-fired pizzas now, but most of them can’t seem to get it right. This place does! One of our favorites in the area.
We’ve been here many times and everything is always top-notch. However, our recent visit for a wine dinner/pairing blew us away. The entire event was off the charts fantastic. Not only was the food and service amazing…but the selection of wines were very diverse, tasty and affordable, if you wanted to purchase some after the event. We learned so much from the Host wine expert, Bob Trimble. It was the furthest thing from intimidating because we were able to ask any and all kinds of questions and we’re given very professional responses. Fantastic job to Evan, Ryan and the entire staff at Vecchia. Can’t wait for their next wine dinner.
Best wood fired pizza & great atmosphere !!!
Outstanding when dining in, taking out and for pizza-making classes!
