I thought I would give this pizza shop a try, I’ve lived here in Phoenixville for over 20 years and never experienced such blatant ignorance. I went in to pick up my order which I placed over the phone over 20 minutes prior, what I experienced was absurd to say the least. I walked in right after another person who apparently had placed a to go order as well, he was greeted, I wasn’t. Ok maybe the greeter thought we were together, no problem. After a few mins he got his order handed to him and left. I was still standing there right in front of the greeter, but still didn’t say a word to me. I stood there literally for 10 mins as I watched other folks come in and immediately greeted. I thought am I invisible! After sometime I stopped what turned out to be the manager, explained my issue and all he kept saying was ok ok and ok . I ended up cancelling my order and walking out! Never thought I would be treated with such blatant disregard in my own hometown! . Personally I may have experienced racism at its finest, as I was the only one in the room darker toned. Never ordering from here and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

First time trying this place. Overall very good and will be back for a second try. Service started out rocky but rebounded nicely. Besides the poor service to start the food was excellent and prices were fair. Really enjoyed the bottled cocktails.

Too expensive, personal pizza $20, and it was nothing special, it was good decent food and decent service, but in my opinion, it was not worth $20 for a personal pizza, maybe is just the location.

After months of wanting to try eating here, I finally got the chance to last night. Overall, the food was pretty good. I had the meatballs, the fettuccine carbonara, and the meatball pizza. The pasta and pizza were FANTASTIC. I thought the meatball appetizer was a good size, but it was lukewarm when I received it. The service was ok, but we really enjoyed sitting outside on Bridge St. I would come back to Vecchia Nuova again!
Best pizza in town! Especially the covaccino one!! Also, whoever made my dog a mini pizza: we love you forever!

Favorite Italian spot in my hometown!! The owner and everyone who works there is so nice! They have incredible pizzas and pastas :) they added chicken parm to the menu too as a special for now
Our new favorite pizza place! High quality ingredients, and great service! Everything tasted fresh and we loved their extra spices/chili oil on the tables. Appreciated that they had different wines glasses depending on the type of wine each customer brought.

We LOVED EVERY minute of our dining experience. Everything was fresh and so delicious. ?The prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are plentiful. We Loved that it's a BYOB too.The service was wonderful and we truly appreciated the owner coming over to our table to chat when opening our wine bottles.We can't wait to come back. We attended one of the pizza classes. It was awesome. The food and wine were excellent. The staff was so kind and incredibly gracious with sharing tir knowledge and ensuring that everyone was learning and enjoying the time. We already want to sign up again!
