This is the second time I’ve visited a Wayback burger. The food is pretty good but the milkshakes are delicious. The staff were actually happy, pleasant to talk to, and patient. To me stuff like this matters especially when you’ve had a hard busy day and you just want something to eat. If you are reading this and you want some good food without someone having an attitude when you are just trying to order. Don’t hesitate to stop in, the staff are very welcoming.

One of the staff there I said to very clearly is any of your meat halal. He said nothing is halal and then within 30 secound said oh the hotdogs and the chicken is halal. This is very dangerous to mess around we take our religion serious don’t mess around if your food is halal tell us don’t take us around the boat. Yous need to train your staff properly on this matter because it will cost you a law suit in the future.

The service in my experience has been fine. Nothing spectacular but nothing that would prevent me from going in. Realistically the food is just okay. The burgers must not be getting any salty love. No combos so you’re paying for the whole fries and drink and at the price point it’s not worth it. I’d only come here for the milkshakes and even then..

A good burger of the faster variety. But, the real problem is the ketchup. The website stated it was Heinz but what they gave me were packets of French’s. Use of other ketchups is reportedly the unstated 8th deadly sin. Like thinking you are going to Hawaii only to end up in Cleveland. That kind of bait and switch is unforgivable.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever interacted with. Called in about an issue with my order, the guy (who refused to give me his name) initially just hung up on me after saying "let me see what I can do" and then was extremely aggressive and repeatedly just said to me "what are you gonna do bro?" when I asked to speak to the manager after calling back. He said the manager was not in and that I don't need to talk to him anyway because he knows he's right. Easily one of the worst interactions I have ever had.
