I went to this wendys years ago. And had a food review a couple of years ago. On a different food website. I do recommend this better wendys. Better food and hot food and better soda, and fresh and hot food, the workers are very friendly and nice. This is a better wendys of the location and it's clean and better parking lot and better drive thru and also it's a better. Then alot of other wendys

they wouldn’t let us order inside because they were “short staff” but then when we went through the drive through on our bikes they still wouldn’t serve us but i don’t get what the difference would be if we were in a car rather than on a bike.

What is wrong with your guy at the drive through. Rude as heck. Like literally if I ask for a number 5, but just the sandwich, you don't need to break it down and explain that I don't want the meal, that what I want is just the sandwich. Obviously moron, I just said that.
The manager was horrible very impatient when we were placing our take out order. And kept complaining about door dash orders among other things. He just seemed miserable.

Hospitality and food service? This is by far the worst example for a Wendy’s that I have seen across the entire country. The manager this afternoon needs to go back whatever training program this company offers, unless this is the new normal. Letting guests wait over 15 minutes to have their order taken, without even acknowledging them. Serving chili that is almost all water, lacking much in the way of beans or meat. Rubbing their grimy hands inside of the drink cups given to the guest and then acting like actually giving them the condiments they requested was the equivalent of paying taxes. Rather than perform even the semblance of their job, they tell the paying customer to wait while they go and bull shit in the corner and chit chat with each other? As much as I love eating at Wendy’s, I’d rather drive to a different city than take my family this terrible excuse for an establishment again.
