Food is usually extremely cold. Soda was so flat and poorly mixed I almost threw up with the amount of syrup there was. No one wore gloves. They ended up over charging my order, and would of let it upcharged if I didn't ask for my receipt for them to conveniently double check (not the first time this happened here)

The Moji

The white Woman on the drive-through was extremely rude. Rushing me to make my order. When I ordered, she asked what sauce I wanted. Of course I wanted to make sure I got spicy nuggets bc i never asked. And when I asked, she got rude with me for some reason because I didn’t answer her question about the sauce first. Not sure why because whatever Sauce I get Would depend on what I’m eating obviously. But she made her sigh and tone, loud and clear when she repeated herself and talked over me throughout the rest of my order so we didn’t even order everything we wanted.

Today around 12:00 I went to this Wendy's store I placed 3 orders 1 and I saw that the girl only added one and I told her it was 3 orders and she said ok go pay and pick up my order at the window and they only gave me 2 I told them it was 3 and they just looked at me with upset faces and they gave me 2 orders and they told me if you want the other order you have to turn around and order a new order these brunette girls are not a good option to work in this place they should hire staff that does their job well and is kind it is disrespectful because I was going to pay for my food I did not ask for it for free they should offer them work washing dishes and give opportunity to people who deserve it

What a horrible experience we now have in these fast food restaurants. All kids working, with no adult supervision. I now have to order my own food, with 5 people behind watching me and angry at me because I need to order for 3 people. If you are going to be drive-thru only close the inside.

Whoever you have working the drive through speaker at night has a REAL attitude problem. Was in town for a convention this weekend and stopped by 2 nights in a row because it's quick and easy. The first night we heard him arguing with the car in front of us and tonight I asked him a question about the menu (because one side of it wasn't lit up and it was dark out) and his response was a snarky "what do you mean" learn how to speak to people, don't they teach you that day one of Wendy's training? Maybe it's time for a refresher course.

The burger had a chemical taste ?, I've noticed this at another Wendy's with the chicken ? nuggets. Thinking ? it's time to give up on Wendy's like I did McDonald's.

I utilized the drive through to order 4 things. They were out of the side I wanted so I got something else. When they handed me my bags I luckily checked before I pulled away because I was missing a whole meal! When they gave me my sandwich I checked it was made how it I ordered it and it wasn’t even the right sandwich. Then when they gave me a new sandwich it wasn’t how I requested. I opened both sandwiches in front of them and gave it back to them. When they finally got my sandwich right, I realized I never got my side. I said something and the worker asked to check my bags which I showed her. She gave me my side but gave me attitude accusing me of trying to get free stuff. Its hard to forgive 4 mess ups but being hostile and accusatory to me for their mistakes is completely ridiculous!
