Used the drive thru and ordered the cheesesteak meal, beef n cheddar, and large order of mozzarella sticks. Waited in line for about 8-9 mins just to get to the window, then get told that we have no mozzarella sticks or cheesesteak. Then get asked if I want the order?!? Cancel the entire order just to get asked if I want a recipe?? Meantime the person had a smirk on her face the entire time. I will never stop at this restaurant again!! Slow service. Waited 10 minutes for cold food. Asked for a receipt & got a look like I asked for the moon. She looked at me & said they don’t have receipt paper. Really? Btw. I hope she has a great day. No customer service skills at all. Ppl inside while waiting were singing songs loudly. Nice to have a good time working but don’t make ppl wait 10+ minutes for cold food. Btw glad ya asked if we needed horsey sauce.
Shout-Out to James at the Pine Grove Arby’s for being very friendly and welcoming at their drive thru, as well as, making sure our order was correct. More places need positive and courteous workers like him. 👏🏻👏🏻
