Great beer and great service. Always keeping patrons updated with food trucks, new beers and events. Love having them in the neighborhood!

Really happy we came here! Fantastic traditional German bier. I had the Rausch Bier, excellent example, and my wife had the Dünkel. We highly recommend Allegheny City Brewing!

Honestly, my least favorite beers in Pittsburgh. Atmosphere was fine, and the server wasn't very attentive and mostly just talked to someone else who seemed to be a regular rather than actually get us our beers.

Great beer, great service, and good vibes!

They took care of my wife and myself with service and fantastic drinks. They also took care of an intoxicated Steelers fan, giving him water and food, while calling him a cab. This staff was fantastic with how casual they were with the situation. I'd come and give my business to this small brewery everytime I visit the Pittsburgh area.

Popped in on a Friday evening. Cool place and the beer I had was interesting and delicious. Great beer garden area around back with a good band playing.

Great little tavern on the north side with extra simple covered sidewalk seating to enjoy good weather. Good home brewed beer.

For the July 8, 2023 Allegheny City Comedy Night, Jame Phelps, curated an entire evening with the theme of Men Hating Women, including his own jokes in-between presenting comedians. Who a business chooses as an organizer, curator or promoter is not a benign choice. Hosting a full night of deprecating, misogynistic jokes will have me thinking long and hard before spending my money at Allegheny City Brewing again.

Awesome neighborhood spot. Great beers, casual environment. Great for kids and pets. Also has a food truck rotating daily. Love it.

very cozy space inside and out, good drinks at good prices, friendly people, and they welcome dogs!

Checked out Allegheny City Brewing for their "Mac Miller Day" event & was not disappointed! The taproom released their new beer "most dope" (a perfect summer hazy IPA) & had Mac Miller playing all evening out in the beer garden. Because ACB doesn't serve food, they have rotating local food vendors & tonight it was Smoked Out Jefe. I couldn't have been happier with not only the vendor's food (spicy, smoky soul food), but his service & personality set the vibe for the evening. We enjoyed several different beers on tap (some highlights include "most dope", "open parachute", & "mexican vacation") out in the beer garden under the twinkle lights in adirondack chairs, and I will definitely be back for summer nights to try more & play cornhole! Great staff and fun to hang out and try new beers at a VERY dog friendly place! Food trucks are steps away.

ACB is an awesome and cozy space, nice outdoor tables for warm weather and a nice open space in the back. Great beers and selection, and super doggo friendly, they even have a dog wall you can put your dogs picture on. Nice spot to bike to and there are spots to lock up your bike. They have some snacks available for purchase and normally have a food truck.

Visited here recently with a friend and loved how quirky this little brewery is. Food trucks rotate every week and you can eat your order in the tasting room. I had a flight -- the Nancy B cookie stout is definitely a must try and I also loved their berry sour. There are also six-packs to go. I'd love to come back in the summer time and sit outside.
