Such an incredible vegan bakery that never tastes as as though an ingredient is lacking. The artichoke sourdough and cruffins are my favorites!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I don't make it to this part of town too often, but we were beyond surprised when we made a last-minute decision to finally try it out. I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich avocado; every ingredient on the sandwich was to die for. I couldn't believe how realistic the tofu egg was and the homemade sausage was way better than any real sausage I've had. My boyfriend ordered the Seitan Melt and has been begging to go back ever since (he liked it so much, he didn't even stop to take a picture of it!). It definitely hit his "Philly cheesesteak" type itch. We will certainly return even if it means making a special trip way across the city; we want to try other sandwiches as well as order some bread!

Truly everything here is top notch. Met folks that make a pilgrimage here from Colorado yearly. That’s how good it is!

I got the seitan sandwich and GOOD LORD it was phenomenal. All the flavors just melted together. And the croissant? So perfectly flaky with the right amount of chocolate.

The seitan melt is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I also love the rugelach and cookies. My daughter loves the croissants and cinnamon rolls.

The chocolate chip pistachio cookies are beyond amazing! I just tried one and hope it’s a staple of the bakery. Truly one of the best cookies I’ve ever eaten! Please make Sweet Dreams cookies, too!

Take-out only vegan bakery, but wow, it doesn’t matter if you’re vegan or not, everything here is just so yummy! The pastries are so pretty and constantly changing it up. But, the sandwiches, esp the seitan melt, were so delicious. The flavors, the pairings, and of course, their bread is top tier!

One of my favorite spots in Squirrel Hill, worth waiting in line for, do not miss out!

I have been here many times, and I have never ONCE been disappointed. Everything I have had is like a piece of heaven in my mouth. 10/10 recommend. I also recommend ordering online ahead of time (either days before or morning of pickup) because they sell out FAST (good for them!).
