Sourdough

Whole Wheat
Cold proofed overnight and naturally leavened with only sourdough starter, our Whole Wheat Sourdough is the base to a variety of our offerings such as our Multigrain, Seeded Whole Wheat Sourdough, and Rasin Walnut bread. This bread contains about 60% whole wheat.* Slice options become avaialble once bread is cool enough to slice.

Got a plain croissant and apricot rugelach to eat—both excellent and well-priced! Non-veg partner said he wouldn’t know that croissant was vegan if he wasn’t told… super flaky! We also had coffee with oat milk 👍

I love this bakery! The baked goods are always flakey and delicious. I'm actually not wild about the sourdough loaves themselves but LOVE the french loaf I bought recently and will continue to try. Their sandwiches are also totally worth it.

we come here anytime we are in pittsburgh which is once a year for the celebration of Mac Miller 🙏🏽 we love this place! we always get a variety of pastries and some sandwiches. we have preordered a pie and focaccia bread as well. every thing is always delicious
we miss their sister restaurant b52 but are very grateful they are still here!
