Server with a Reindeer Antler thingy on today Dec 24th 2024 at 2pm was rude as hell. She didn’t even talk nicely. Made our experience very bad!
Made us feel we don’t belong there!
I myself own multiple businesses around town and I get it.. staffs are frustrated sometimes but she was straight up racist from first second we entered the building.
If you’re people of color avoid her as a server! Other ladies were nice. Food was good.

Food was great but the waiter was awesome.
Wheelchair accessibility: They were especially attentive and made sure to take special care of my wheelchair bound friend..

Stumbled on to this place. It had some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. It's not near where I live but I will make a trip to this place

Have gone to Anthony's Settler's Ridge about every 6 weeks because we love the pizza, wings, and drinks. Yet, every time we think about going, we hesitate because of the service. We typically sit at the bar, yet have trouble getting drinks, ordering food, having plates removed, getting our check, etc. Tonight they were out of sangria. The place continues to go downhill because of the poor service. We keep giving it a "second chance" but likely will not be back, as we never feel like we had a great overall experience.

Solid meh. Sure a hot oven can make good pizza, but it can also give you a pie that's burnt around the edges but still floppy and soggy in the middle, which is what I got the most recent (and last) time I give this franchise a try. I can get floppy pizza a whole load of places for way cheaper than this.

We have eaten here almost every time we are in Pittsburgh and we LOVE it!!! Not only is the food delicious but we just watch in awe as the staff all work super hard to give excellent service. Our waitress Jordan told us she had been here 10 years! She is a bartender, waits tables, and they all do whatever it takes. I’m full and happy leaving with the containers and bag she gave us. So glad we came….again!

The food was delicious, the service by Madison was prompt and accurate, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I left satisfied and desiring to come back for more!

I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to give this place a try out of convenience. Pizza was pretty good. I’m not a huge fan of the overcooked crust, but some pieces were better than others. It really isn’t worth the price for one person. If two were splitting a pizza, it would be a good deal for the quality and amount of food. The service was inadequate. I’m guessing they are short staffed. I saw my server twice. I sat for a while, and he finally came to take the order. Someone else brought the food and drink. He came again with the check at the end, even though my glass had been empty and my napkin soaked for several minutes. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt if they were short on staff this particular night.

First visit and honestly 10/10 would recommend. I’ve never had coal fired pizza before and I’m sad that I’ve been missing out this much. It was a delightful experience and I can’t wait to go again.

Friendly and best of all 50% discounts for the military! They were getting ready to close, yet they took our order with a great big smile.

Understaffed, food was pretty bad. Pasta Fagoli was weak and the pie was no better than I could get outside of a college bar at 2am.
I know it's tough out there, but I don't leave the review to blast them, only to help you not waste your money. I know the two are intertwined and I'm sorry for that, but it was a bad experience

it’s a tad bit expensive but omg it was so worth it!! i had the fettuccine alfredo and it was honestly the best pasta i have ever had. the noodles were buttery and the alfredo was seasoned perfect. my boyfriend got the wings (which he loved) and the pizza (the crust was cooked perfect for him). our waitress was very attentive and got our order just right from memory. it was $60 total (not horrible) and i will be back again! and again! and again! soooo happy with my experience tonight!
edit: i went back again! our waiter, joe, was AMAZING!!! please give him my regards!! he was attentive, kind, and charismatic. people like joe are the reason i will be back again and again! :)

First visit to the establishment and the food was great. I was a little disappointed with the items you could add. Now I don’t know about you but I love banana peppers on my pizza but it is not available here. Only sweet peppers… not the same flavor. Other than that they make a good pizza. Cold beer… mixed drinks available & plenty of TVs for watching the game.
Parking: The area gets packed on the weekends. If possible visit during the week days.

Had the eggplant pizza. It was delicious. Service was also excellent and didn't bother us, which is nice. Also, we had a mistaken charge on the bill, and they subsequently refunded our entire cost! Who does that in today's economy? Will be heading back there soon.
