Applebee's Grill + Bar

Me and my family almost got killed going to this Applebee's it's very unsafe here the atmosphere is ridiculous this Applebee's is definitely unsafe and they seem like Applebee's don't care they want you to die for their menu and act like nothing's wrong!!! Action definitely needs to be taken against this Applebee's is ridiculous

Wasn't even there but still give it a 1. Not my kinda place.

Waited forever for my food and then it was cold. Staff acted like I was the problem. Never returning.

Been going to this restaurant since... FOREVER! It always felt like home when I'm here and the service is excellent. Anna is my fav! Her customer service is amazing. She makes my drinks to perfection too! Off you're looking for a place to dine, look no further

I come to this Applebee's 2 to 3 times a week. I ask for the same waitress each time, "Kelie". She is so personally attentive and fast with her service. I come back for the food, however, I come to this Applebee's because of her great service. All servers can learn something about how to service guests as well as she does!
She is sooo awesome!

I am a manager of a multi-billion business in the Pittsburgh area I have great employees that work for me however, I wish all of my Associates were half as good as she is!

Abbey was fantastic!!! Love Applebees, love Abbey. Such a great experience, she checked on us many times throughout dinner, food was delish and warm, came in ~ 17 mins. 10/10 thank u abbey<3

I love this place. Staff is nice, food and drinks are good, portions are acceptable, prices are acceptable, booths are clean, and the atmosphere is always a good balance of lively and calm. I have only ever had 1 problem in my many times being here. I had received a raw burger, and they offered me 3 options. 1: Remake it, 2: Pick another dish at no additional charge, 3: Refund. The entire situation was resolved quickly and hassle free.

Parking: It's not a very large property, but the parking:seating ratio seems like more than enough

Kid-friendliness: I have a large family, and my children are always given the proper respect and patience. My children are usually well-mannered, but having an autistic child can be unpredictable sometimes. So far, I have never been asked to leave, keep my kid quiet, or any other insensitive action.
