The servers have their days, they're just people after all. Been here often enough to get to know things. Amanda was my favorite server, she works very hard and tries her best. Very nice. The bartender, Kayla I think her name was, is also amazing. My favorite thing to order was probably the burgers and the strawberry salad. The French onion soup was really popular but I'd only ordered it once, wasn't for me. It can get really busy weekends so sometimes there would be a long wait. Overall this was a pretty decent place.

Vegetarian options: When I was there they had just gotten Beyond Burgers but they may get cooked on the same grill as regular burgers and can come in contact with the beef grease. Otherwise there are salads you can request no meat or cheese on.. pretty limited vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten sensitive items were marked on the menu

Wheelchair accessibility: There is curb ramp. The host/Hostess is supposed to open the door. There is one table at the front that can seat four, half booth half chair table right next to the host stand. Otherwise there was a table across the restaurant up an access ramp that was best for it but any of the four seat tables up there was usable but it could be crowded at the tables further from the ramp.

Took my family out for dinner and we were there for over two hours. It took forever for us to get our food. My husband ordered the bourbon street chicken and sausage meal and made sure they knew he had a seafood allergy. His meal came out and thank goodness he looked through it because there was a piece of shrimp in there. They were making him another and after half an hour we told them to give us our check and left.

I've had this place a couple different times highly overrated. The food was okay but over time has gotten worse the service is bad and you don't need to ask me ask anyone who's gotten ripped off by one of their waitresses trying to add a tip. Besides that the atmosphere is not that great either seems like the place isn't clean very often and if it is clean very often it's pretty dark inside

Ordered the 4 cheese with honey pepper tenders and I got 3 of the saddest excuse for tenders. This is rediculous for what you pay for with these meal. It's literally 3 bites of chicken. I got ripped off for sure.

Too loud (people) and staff Even when not that close to each other talk like they're at their own home or something which is disruptive. For example, a woman that was at the front that was writing down names and helping seat people was talking to a woman that was up across the restaurant toward the back windows away from McKnight Road. She was up on that level and they were talking as if no one could hear them. They were talking about work. granted they weren't talking about something else. And I saw this happening all over the restaurant as we sat there. Also too bright and laid out all wrong at the entrance. I'll stick to going to Gibsonia or other locations unless I absolutely have to go back there again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have it. But it seems a little awkward. I personally wasn't there with someone in a wheelchair but I have noticed before.

Service was a little slow but we werent in a hurry. The excuse that we kept getting was that other people were in a hurry.

Food is a little salty but I expect this.

Dietary restrictions: Salty

Parking: Surface is a bit tricky for handicap people to navigate.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but elderly people with walkers might have problems.

I was just at AppleBees on Mcknight road, and me and my group were in a slight rush but still plenty of time for a quick lunch especially considering it was not very busy. Our server Maria only had three other tables when we sat and I heard one table asking for the manager as well as the other tables food was brought out wrong by our sever. We hoped she wouldn’t make the same mistakes with us but of course she did. It took over 45mins- hour for our food to even come out and at this point she only had one other table as well as the rest of the restaurant being slow. Then she rung in the wrong food for me mistaking the cheddar bacon crispy chicken sandwich and giving me the bacon ranch chicken sandwich. She took it back and brought it back after 12 minutes, and it was the exact same price of chicken with a half melted slice of cheese added. Since we were in a rush we asked for boxes and just wanted to leave. I then take a bite of it in the car and it STILL HAD RANCH ON THE BOTTOM. This wasn’t even corrected they just added a piece of cheese of top and it took 12 mins to come back out. Completely unsatisfied, I myself am a server was just in disbelief. She also never spend more than a minute at the table so we were unable to tell her that our drinks were not right we assumed the syrup was low but by the time she came back to our table it was finally to order and she left again before we got the chance to tell her. Overall terrible experience. Maria you should ask to be retrained.

I think it’s time the management takes these reviews seriously. The staff you’ve hired is inattentive and not helpful what so ever. The food was delicious but not a single staff member acted like they enjoyed their job. It was dirty looks, sighs after you ask a question, and being purposely ignored that made my entire experience terrible. The way I was treated by this locations staff makes me never want to eat here again! Do better hiring mangers!

I ordered takeout. Kyle was amazing and so pleasant , happy & informative from the initial phone call to the actual pickup. When I arrived to pick up my meal the lobby was a busy with other people to pickup orders along with the patrons dining in at the restaurant itself. Kyle was extremely attentive and so polite & reassuring everyone of the time it will take for each meal to be up & ready & he was super apologetic for the very short wait when he did not need to be. He made for such a great experience even with just picking up an order. I ordered two meals with quite a few modifications that I had to add. The food came out perfect! Everything was made exactly how we wished for and everything was beyond delicious. I have been coming here for years, just haven’t been for a while due to being very busy. This place never disappoints.

Dietary restrictions: Options for all dietary needs.

Parking: Also there is curbside pickup option which is very convenient.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Music not too high. No spills mess or clutter. Friendly environment.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are clear for wheelchair access.
