Compared to other šŸŽ šŸ this was a lack luster of a lunch soup watered down got the grilled cheeseburger at another location it was great but this location it was soggy undercooked and not enough tomato soup to dip. I guess there is no quality control for consistency in meals served either it is watered down ,undercooked or over seasoned etc... they must improve or I won't be back sorry.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s. The entrĆ©es were really good—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The grilled cheese burger and mushroom topped steak was perfect. The service was excellent too: friendly, quick, and attentive without feeling rushed. Overall, a solid visit and definitely worth coming back.

Appetizer took a very long time to reach out table...never got small plates had to asked 3times (the 3rd times a charm) Drinks same thing had to asked 2 times then they came 10 min before we were ready to ask for the check.
Our food was Horrible we order the chicken sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes sandwich was super sloppy mashed potatoes were Dry ..we also had the quesadilla chicken salad they left out the Pico the salad was super dry the chicken was tasteless.. this experience deserves zero Stars. To make this Experience unforgettable a older Gentleman tried to get a waitress or anyone to attention on getting him a refill on his Beverage one waitress acted like she didn't see him and once the same waitress we had finally stop and asked what he needed she hurried on but never came back when we ask for our check I had to remind her that he also wanted a refill which she clearly forgot so soon as he got his refill he asked for his check as well.

We were somewhat dissatisfied with the wait for us to get waited on from Sunday. Shawn who said who was the manager practically lied about it then he told us he’d take care of us then we saw Victoria who was the manager next to Shawn. So after 20 minutes, we nearly left the place in disbelief until I calmed everything down. So finally, after all this nonsense, we finally got waited on. We loved the food, gave him a nice tip then after we left the place, we were extremely disappointed with outcome of it. Luckily for Victoria who was the manager next, she later apologized for the inconvenience then made us a bit more better after that wait. So please do a better job on taking care of people then we’ll have a happy ending.

Took my mom and her good friend out for their 90th birthdays. Had the pleasure of having Khia as our server. She was professional, friendly and full of energy. She made my family feel welcome and comfortable. Our meals were great, but the service made their day! Ask for Khia whenever you go!

As someone who does not frequent Applebee’s much at all, my overall ā€œ ā€œ first timeā€ in a long timeā€ experience was much better than I had expected it to be. Ordered online for pick up, went in and it was a steady Monday night. A young gentleman immediately approached and greeted me and got me over into the pick up area where I needed to be. After watching over the dining room while the take out hostess was speaking with a gentleman, I realized the gentleman who had helped me was actually bussing tables, so good initiative and awareness on his part he had. Otherwise everyone else was actively productive . Then came Annie! She had greeted me with a warm smile , and had gotten me situated within seconds. Assuming she was the take out hostess , but she did an awesome job all around! The order was bagged nicely, all of the extras were in there. I peeped around the corner and saw another 1- 2 orders ready to go for pick up! She had an itemized receipt along with a secondary kitchen slip on my order, which that in turn says she’s double checking her orders, but also is producing the receipt which is a wanted thing by most. She’s quick and efficient. So to sum it up, the young gentleman bussing tables should be recognized, and Annie as well for her exceptional service! And I’m sure the rest of the team was kicking butt as well.

The service here has gotten so bad it’s unreal. They’re short staffed, please please please pay your employees more so you can have enough people working. We shouldn’t be waiting along with several other people for fifteen minutes with no servers or host seen the entire time. Then we were seated to be told they only have one high chair. We have twins, one isn’t going to cut it. The place was not full of children either. I don’t know if maybe the other high chairs were dirty and they had no one available to clean them. Also there was a random knife on the floor under our booth. We ended up leaving, the server went to get the manager but after waiting another few minutes we just left. Really terrible. I used to really enjoy the food here. Please try to staff better.

Worst experience ever the waitress gave me a plastic knife and fork to cut my steak and when I asked for actual silverware she goes the knife will still cut it …when in brought this to managements attention they gave me $10 to come back in person not even take out …
