The manager or lady tonight and sited a good 5 minutes for answering the drive thru and huffed and puffed doing so. We got told no roast beef.... Okay then immediately told fried food only at 10:30. Last time sounded like the same lady who closed basically 2hours early. This Arby's is ridiculous and honestly need to reevaluate staff. The lady is ignorant and seems miserable.I love Arby's but I can understand why their aren't many around anymore.

Went to arbys on baum blvd. Stood at the register for at least 3 minutes. Nobody came to take our order. When I said excuse me to the 1 guy working, he didn't acknowledge us. After that we just walked out and took our business elsewhere. 3 young people working there.1 just sitting on the counter.

Just got a chicken bacon swiss sandwich and the chicken is RAW!! I just threw up!! How in the world can you serve RAW chicken? Absolutely disgusting! You better hope I don't get some kind of sickness!

Placed an online order for a turkey bacon ranch sandwich, I’ve had it as well as the sandwich in wrap form at another location and it was delicious. Customer service wasn’t horrible but wasn’t amazing, I was greeted and asked about my order and then ignored, no update or a “it’s coming etc.” I wasn’t terribly upset with that because they were busy and then after a few more minutes another worker asked about my order and handed me my food. The sandwich wasn’t good, it looked and felt thrown together. Bread tasted stale, bacon tasted old and there wasn’t much turkey on the sandwich. I was hungry and ate it anyway because I had already paid for it. Arby’s is very good depending on location. This is a location I definitely will not return to.

Reuben is great.Frequently the staff do not pay attention to orders coming in or the drive through speaker. Driving up to the window helps but may still take an additional 5 minutes to get someone to help you, even when the restaurant is devoid of customers.They WILL forget to give you sauces. Sandwich assembly even when not in a rush is awful... And if you order something that they are out of, they will hand you the bag without any notice so it is up to you to ensure you got everything.For me, it was 2 cheesesteaks missing. They gave me my fries and drinks and without a word just sent me on my way. Unacceptable.

Will not visit this Arby's on Baum Blvd.again. We order the roast beef with cheddar. 2 slices of beef on the bun and there was barely and cheese sauce on it. Took the person who takes orders 10 minutes just to come over and have us place the order. Very bad

There are so many options in this area for food. Interesting, unique, etc. But, we were in a hurry, and one of us was very tired. So, we chose a drive-thru. We went with a reliable favorite - Arby's. Bad choice.The fries we got were basically unsalted and definitely stale. I'm not sure if they were "in the freezer too long" stale or "made a few hours ago" stale. But they were bad. The mac and cheese bites were tiny and doughy! I didn't even know that was possible. Maybe it was the batter. They had crispy and brown -- on the verge of being burnt -- exteriors.The sandwich was fine, although it was eaten by the half asleep member of our party, so the bar wasn't set too high. The drink was also fine.We did use the drive-thru, and the guy at the window was weirdly stoic. He didn't greet us when we pulled up to the window and sort of looked at a suspiciously. Not sure what that was about. I don't generally care too much about friendliness, and he wasn't rude. But he was sort of just ... there.Overall, there are lots of other fast food places nearby. We definitely should have picked one of them instead of this Arby's!
