I was eating here with my hair down, fresh from yoga and feeling great when a man came up to me sniffed my hair and bought me a meal. He invited me out to djinner again sometime but I declined.

I never leave reviews but this experience was so upsetting. After a long day I convinced my family to give Arbyâs a try. I love Arbyâs but they donât. We spent about $60 in the drive thru. Had to pull up and wait which was fine but it was almost 15 mins of waiting. We get our food and head home. We get home 2 out of 3 of our double roast beefâs and cheddars were cheese-less. We ordered a side of cheese. That was also missing. So $16 just in sandwiches alone was uneatable. The cheese is literally what makes the roast beef and cheddar good. And now my family is making fun of me bc Arbyâs already had a bad rap in my household and this was just the cherry on top. Milkshake was super good and came out fast though.
I have no choice but to give one star. Ordered in the app, they said the âslicerâ was broken. I couldnât wait and thatâs fine, these things happen. BUT they couldnât refund me, I also understand bc I ordered in the app. Contacted customer service through phone and email, no one will get back to me or refund me. Terrible. If you expect to get the food you pay for, you probably shouldnât go to this location

The food was okay. Very skimpy on the meat. The middle-aged woman working the drive-through is very rude and accused me of "having attitude" when I just spoke up so she could hear me.
