I have no choice but to give one star. Ordered in the app, they said the “slicer” was broken. I couldn’t wait and that’s fine, these things happen. BUT they couldn’t refund me, I also understand bc I ordered in the app. Contacted customer service through phone and email, no one will get back to me or refund me. Terrible. If you expect to get the food you pay for, you probably shouldn’t go to this location

Standard Arby's food most of the time. However, last trip decided to splurge and get a brisket sandwich combo. So did my friend. Well as you can see in the pictures, "where's the meat?" Well, I can tell you not at Arby's and certainly not on this sandwich.
