Great neighborhood spot, excellent food option, variety of teas and other beverages. Friendly staff and clientele.
Always a great experience! Nice atmosphere, great music and even better Tea & Food! The staff and management are exceptional! They are all very polite and attentive!
This is an absolute gem of a place on East Ohio St. Great food and drinks.
Omg! The Happy Turkey Sandwich is Amazing! The store is clean and homey. As an Eastsider, not much will make me cross the bridge, but I will for Arnold’s Tea.
Excellent. Glad they didn't go out of business. I signed petition
Love love love! Atmosphere is so relaxing, Blood Orange tea delicious!
Arnold's Tea is peaceful, warm, and welcoming. The owner was most kind and greeted us personally. The wifi was strong and free. The turmeric and ginger tea was delicious as was the coffee. There is a copious amount of seating available for singles and groups. Parking on street near the coffee shop was quite easy to find. I will be back!
Nice homey type of place the vibe is great and the decor is beautiful wood work through out also very spacious.
Excellent atmosphere, great food & service!
Great food and great hospitality!!!

The people giving this place 5 stars must really have some alterior motive. I was treated as if I was bothering the barista by being there first of all, secondly the place was dirty and uncomfortable and lastly, it was the worst coffee i have ever had. First and last time ever going here.
I have been going to Arnold’s cafe for 3 years for their “Hammer Time”, “Happy Turkey Club” and “EO Beef” sandwiches. I would have given Arnold’s a 5 star rating a year ago, but there has been a significant drop in service, quality of food , and overall atmosphere. It seems they never have the full ingredients of any of the sandwiches; They didn’t have thousand island dressing for 3 weeks straight...it seems like a lot of lazy mismanaged ownership, which is such a shame, because this is the perfect place for a sandwich/tea shop. I miss the previous owners, but maybe things will change once the current owners see some negative reviews...
The beef sandwhich was super delicious! The meat was tender and the ingredients meshed very well! But the $6 chicken noodle soup with 1 kernel sized piece of chicken, 6-10 noodles and lack of flavor and excessive wait was a total disappointment. Im not gonna write them off though! I will support again and just know what to stay away from...
Warm & inviting with great food and a ton of tea varieties!
This place was unique and very different in a good way. I enjoyed my visit.
