Sushi ATARASHI - Revolving Sushi Coming Soon!

I love the sushi, udon, and bowl that they have. Food is good. I enjoy it. I've ordered drinks and asked for light ice both times. First time, they gave me a full size drink (meaning filled to the top); second time, they gave me a basically a 16oz drink (I ordered 24oz) because I asked for light ice. I don't mind getting less drink, but there was still an inch of ice in the drink. I asked the server about it and she explained that because I got light ice. I didn't want to argue, but this makes no sense. There's still an inch of ice in my drink so they shouldn't give me that much less of the drink. Or are they usually filling people drinks half with ice!? Since the price difference between the sizes is $1.5, that seems like a rip off. I wasn't really served the second time when I was here either. I wasn't given water, wasn't asked if I have been here before. The only times she initiated an interaction were to see if I was ready for the bill. The first time I was here, that server was so super friendly and she made me want to come back. The second visit made me NOT want to come back.

Compared to Kura, this place is very bland. The rice is compacted so tightly, it feels almost hard to chew. I also got diarrhea after having the food here, which wasn't fun 😭 I will say it's extremely clean and bright, and the older lady waitress was very sweet. Honestly; just go to Kura, it's more worth it.

I did dine in and the did take out a few weeks later. Take out you get 10 pieces for about $12, dine in is 3.45 a plate for 2 pieces. Definetly need to dine in once for the experience but take out is the better deal.
Dine in: This was the coolest meal I ever had. You get sushi off the revolving bar or order it off your phone and it comes by car above the bar. The sushi was delicious, the milk tea was great. It’s $3.45 a plate which I didn’t think was terrible. We spent about $100 for two of us and we shared each plate. We left full and satisfied. Will be back.

Vegetarian options: They have tofu for the bowls

I have celiac and had trouble getting figuring out what was and wasn't safe. Our server did a great job and asked the kitchen anything she didn't know. The food was good, sushi. I do wish they did what Oakland's atarashi does and have specific allergen labels or menus. I think this would be helpful in many ways.

Went here to "practice" for my upcoming trip to Japan. Everything was so good!!!! Prices are great for 2025...even their alcoholic drinks were good!!! And I had the sweetest server.
Definitely recommend even if sushi isn't your thing (they have asian dishes you can order).

What a fun place. My wife and I came here on a whim after deciding not to go to chipotle. This place did not disappoint. The sushi was really good quality, our waitress, Amanda was really helpful and she showed us how to order and even answered some questions that my wife had. Everything we ordered was at the right (safe) temperature unlike our old sushi spot, sushi bomb. We will return although with the kiddo on the next trip. Looking forward to stopping back in.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun things for children to watch in the anime station, not to mention the revolving sushi conveyor as well as the service trams, (lots of automation).

The sushi is delicious! With their new remodel, the sushi is now on conveyor belts with an automated delivery service. Cool features and great atmosphere.

Great food! The owner came to check on us several times which was very nice. The conveyor belt was relatively empty-- but that was not surprising as Today is the grand reopening (10/4). If you order food via the QR code, it came usually within 5-10 minutes. Great service and excited to come back in the future
