ruined my mother’s day brunch today. arrived at 11 and ordered right away due to being with my toddler. still didn’t get food by 12:30. waitress had no idea what was going on, manager was non existent. we left due to never getting our food and the manager not coming back. we watched multiple tables get up and walk out after over an hour and a half wait for food. watched a table come in and sit for 25 minutes without even getting acknowledged or offered drinks. 10/10 do not recommend and will not return. also to mention my husband made a reservation to sit on the patio. they couldn’t find our reservation anywhere and then proceeded to sit us inside. i’d excuse that part it weren’t for the horrible service.

“ A new concept “, they said. Promotions advertising late nights featuring vintage rotary phones and low lighting. We expected a speakeasy vibe for adults with prohibition era drinks. Shame on us. 1930s by Atrias is nothing but a noisy family restaurant with parking you have to pay for. The music was way too loud, the only sign of Prohibition was the bartender’s suspenders. But worst of all, the food and cocktails were disappointing, to be polite. The salads were over dressed and I’m sorry but who includes corn in a garden salad advertised as having fresh vegetables. Finally, the cocktail menu was ridiculous. Drinks are described but not defined. Not one description included the actual ingredients in the cocktail. We were left to guess or quiz the server “What’s in this?” “How is that made?” We have never seen a cocktail menu like it. It’s insulting. We will not be back.

I made a reservation (with a $50.00 deposit) there over a month ago for Thanksgiving (just 2 people). Waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to get a table. Finally, we ordered drinks. Another 20 minutes our server came to our table without our drink order. Then said she’d be back to get our meal order, which we tried to place right away. We ended up leaving after an hour and a half. No drinks, no food. Then I had to find the manager to get my $50.00 deposit back, which also took a long time. Just awful. I know thanksgiving day is tough for restaurants, but don’t advertise how great it is when you are overbooked and understaffed.

It was Oktoberfest so for a Saturday evening it was very crowded from trying to valet park, waiting to get inside and then getting our entrees after an extended period if time. The German food was very good (veal snitzel with potato pancakes grilled tomatoes and onion straws with gravy). Service however was very slow and attentiveness subpar. We would go back but not on Saturday!!!

The food was and is always OUTSTANDING! The noise level last night was very loud - very unusual It was disappointing that the team was understaffed - that is clearly a management issue The wait staff was crushing it ( doing an amazing job) - but to few staff and to many customers Looking forward to going back - it's October fest

Good food. Inexcusably bad service.

Very good food. Ordered off the Oktoberfest menu. Waite staff, Izzy was very good.. great personality. Only downside was sitting in small really warm room on the 2nd floor. A group of 5 went downstairs because it was too hot in that small room.

It has been awhile since our last time dining at Atrias. We went there for Octoberfest. We had a favorite waitress, but found the food lacking taste, and not worth the price we paid.

Vegetarian options: All of the salads can come meat free though I had chicken on mine.

Parking: When you pull in, be prepared to stop and let the complementary valet park your car. It’s a tight lot so they do all the parking for you. Careful when you pull out of that bend on the left.

Kid-friendliness: Family restaurant with a bar. Appropriate for kids and families.

1. When ordering a bottle of wine, a small amount should be provided for a tasting before it's poured into it full glass. We did not have that experience. 2. I believe in my reservation I requested to be seated upstairs, but they seated us past the far end of the bar. 3. The place smelled like must and mildew. 4. There were fruit flies flying around our glasses of wine. 5. Our server was very nice. Devon. 6. Complementary valet parking is very nice. 7. Chicken piccata- the chicken breast should be pounded thin and needed more sauce. We used to live in Bethel Park and go to Atria's on occasion, and it was always outstanding. Miss the Sherry being poured into the crab bisque. As far as the atmosphere I felt like I was in an Applebee's or some kind of a bar. Overall, OK but disappointed.

TLDR: Food was delicious, wait staff was very attentive and friendly, awesome relaxed atmosphere to spend time with a loved one or to celebrate an achievement.

Had the English cape cod and pot roast.

The cape cod was cooked perfectly, the Parker’s risotto that came with it was amazing. Just wish we got some more of the delicious sauce it came with!

Pot roast was also delicious. Had a bourbon based sauce that was amazing. Everything paired together very swell. Generous portions and pot roast was tender and melt in your mouth.

Cannot say enough about the food and especially the staff. My wife and I went for dinner Sunday after a long day with a family member at the hospital. Bree the bartender/server went out of her way to make our time there special. The food was excellent but the care and service from the staff will not be forgotten and we will definitely be returning again very soon. Thank you for all you did during a not so great time and putting a little smile on our faces after a very hard day.

A little disappointed, but a solid 4 stars. We had chopped salads with protein. The salmon was served cold rather than fresh from the grill, and the portion of chicken didnt seem like a full breast. The salad dressing options were very good. The garlic vinergerette was tasty but not over bearing.

Parking: Complimentary, valet parking.

Atria's Mount Lebanon has never let me down! I took a group there, so we could catch up with great food! The Food and Service are always excellent! The interior is clean and comfortable. They are able to accommodate the need to avoid stairs, which is important for customers. I will be back!
