By far the worst experience I’ve had at a food place. Went to the upper level auntie Anne’s near Macy’s. The three workers ignored us in line for 5 minutes while there were no other customers. When we did get our pretzels they were burned - like black at the bottom. So terrible food and terrible service, definitely avoid!

Went to location under the escalator at Ross Park. Why are you a pretzel shop if you do not sell pretzels? All they had was large cups of old stale pretzel bites. Waste of money. Lazy workers.
Ordered delivery spent almost 30 dollars and half of my order wasn't in the bag. Tried to call store multiple times and no one answered. The pretzel nuggets were covered in so much salt it destroyed the flavor too

I ate here on Sunday ONLY because I had a dollar off coupon in the app. My dollar off coupon was not taken off. I was never given a receipt. The cashier just walked away from me. The dollar off coupon is still in my Auntie Anne's app. I cannot believe I paid $12.53 for floppy, greasy barely edible pretzel nuggets, a cheese and a SMALL DRINK. I would avoid this location. Also, any time I try to call the Auntie Anne's customer service phone number it is either closed or not answering calls. I am very disappointed, and I wish I could get a hold of someone to compensate me for my wasted money.
