Having a hard time giving an overall rating for this location. The food is good although I mostly stop by to pick up a drink during my shift at work. The staff used to be super welcoming and talkative. I was informed on my visit today they are undergoing new management, and ever since then the level of customer service has drastically gone downhill. I wanted to shout out three employees in particular Ashlee, Gianna and Connor who continue to show up for their team and keep the kiosk organized and in good condition. They are the heart of this location. It’s really disheartening to see a new manager come in and replace almost all the staff who have continued to show up year after year. Really reliable crew they had going there, hope the new staff can work on themselves and keep the good vibes up!

Very disappointed. i have been going to this location for about 3 years daily. They recently (this week/last week) got/are getting a new manager. She is disrespectful, angry, and overall is making my experience very bad. She is driving away auntie anne’s regulars and is making people not want to come back.
In addition, she is firing most, if not all, of the amazing staff and taking her staff from her old location leaving many very hard working and welcoming people out of jobs.
I’m very dissatisfied with this.
The old manager Evan was amazing and deserves all the credit for the amazing location he built. To this new manager, please learn some skills with dealing with customers in a kind manner, so that they are returning customers. I, along with everyone I have talked to about this who work at SHV Mall will not be going to Auntie Anne’s, and will not be supporting her negative behavior and actions.
sincerely,
a loyal and loving customer of Auntie Anne’s

Arrive 5 minutes after the 1100 opening time. Stood around for another minute before I was acknowledged and told they would open in 10 minutes in a not very polite tone. A fair amount of attitude was sent my way for simply wanting to purchase products during posted open hours.

Absolutely shameful for this establishment to be open under these conditions. Shame on Auntie Anne's and shame on Simon Management for allowing this;
Downstairs location ordered to close by the ACHD for: Unlabeled foods, unsanitary conditions, clogged wastewater drains/grease trap, extensive severe and grotesque roach infestation. Roaches observed on food contact surfaces, on the bare floor in the middle, on glue traps, computer equipment, under food preparation areas. Fruit fly infestation: to include SWARMS of them all over the drain areas.Unhygienic practices. Maintenance issues. In addition to the issues with the Auntie Anne's locations themselves: ACHD placed a closure on the mall restrooms for sewage backup, waste on the floor, total darkness, filthy, unsanitary conditions.
Upstairs: Consumer alert by the ACHD for: Dead fruit flies in the ice machine, unsanitary conditions, plumbing issues, severe roach infestation, fruit fly infestation, single serve cups in contact with live roaches. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
This location has been here for years

My recent Auntie Anne's visit was a masterclass in passive aggression, all thanks to one particular pretzel artisan (long hair, glasses, the whole vibe). This guy clearly believed his pretzel-making skills warranted a pre-emptive tip, because he literally wouldn't hand over my order until he'd conducted a psychic reading of my tipping intentions. (Spoiler: I had none.) My punishment? A cup that was more air than pretzel. When I pointed out the obvious, he tried to gaslight me into believing half a cup was a full cup. My request for a replacement was met with the kind of counter-slamming usually reserved for professional wrestling. So yeah, my pretzel wisdom for the day: maybe just skip tipping.

I came with my 8yr old daughter and 2 year old son. Ordered the watermelon freeze that was advertised like wallpaper. Two young kids working. Said they didn’t have it. That’s annoying but anyways I got a lemonade and a cup of pretzels and handed him $15 cash. He didn’t have a register at 1pm in the afternoon. The other employee comes over, both of them cussing now at this point over the register, looks up and excuses his language and I just told him to give me my stuff and I wasn’t worried about the change. I don’t need my kids seeing that type of behavior from two people that are supposed to be employees. I got my pretzels, never got the lemonade, or the change. $15 dollars for a cup of pretzels wow thanks. Terrible behavior

Great pretzel dogs & honey mustard. They seem to not have sweet tea consistently. 😑
Staff was very friendly, warmer was well-stocked, and it seemed very clean!

Made a special trip to the mall today because I was craving auntie Annie pretzel and first off I stood in front of the cashier for a good minute while she played on her phone right in front of me and then I pay for the pretzel and leave and get into my car to eat them and the first bit I take the pretzel is raw inside! Gross
They're soft pretzels. Idk what more needs said. They even have some options to mix up and shake the pretzel game.
I went to grab some food and a drink today and I ordered a small pretzel nugget and a small lemonade I get charged $8.99 give the server Joel G. a $10 bill and I didn’t receive any change back and didn’t even get my drink. My friend went over and asked for a small pretzel nugget and sweat tea and gets charged 5.59 when the cost is 3.69 or something like that and Joel G. the server says there is not any sweet tea but she still gets charged for one.
