I go here frequently Since I only work one block away. I often buy entire lunches for my office staff. I went by there today and the place was locked at noon. I went through the drive-through where I was not greeted. After a few minutes I drove up to the window. The server chastised me for not ordering from the drive-through, even though I had attempted several times. She explained that there were only two of them working! She would not honor a special two dollars off even though I handed her my phone and showed her the print out. She explained that "it's not in my computer". She then rudely suggested that I return later. I went up the street and bought a lunch for six people at Arby's. Rude and unprofessional. I gave one star because I visit here frequently and usually the staff is quite capable

Staff was super nice and greeted me when I first came in, empty which was also nice. Food came quickly and was hot I got fries and cheese sauce. I also got the new apple pie shake and I was given two cherries instead of one which I was happy about! The location was really nice and there's a large window and the restaurant honestly seems bigger on the inside than the outside.

Did not get the burger I ordered. There's never customers in drive thru but not making orders correctly. I ordered a bbq bacon crunch burger. I received no bbq or crunch ??\\u200d♀️

No pop, no A&W PRODUCTS. Out of many condiments. No cheese curds, no milkshakes. They had fish. So sad.

Upon entering, I was greeted in a friendly, welcoming matter. My server was friendly, and my meal was served hot & quickly. I ordered the Papa Burger combo, but since the location is also a Long John Silver's, I was able to select green beans as a side. They were delicious. I added a piece of salmon to my meal. I don't drink root beer regularly, but it always tastes great at A&W. The burger was standard fast food fare, but was served on a brioche roll. The dining area offered both tables with chairs, and booths.

Its dining room is closed and they did not have chicken fingers when I was there. The rest of the food was good. They also did not have enough staff to run the drive through. They were trying their best

Called to see if a&w used same drive thru as long john silvers, was told yes they do. After waiting behind 5 cars, got to order and was told they didn't have burgers and sliders, just long john silvers, even though a& w items were on the menu sign. Idiots!!!
Got my order wrong I turned around went back and they messed it up again. But it's fastfood and this is what it is now days terrible service.

Always crazy slow. I just sat in the drive thru for 37 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I'm assuming there is a lack of employees, but ownership could obviously make more money if they could speed this process up. I typically pass the restaurant as I can't wait in the line as long as it takes. Food is good, just not worth the hassle.
