Went to the address, it is now closed.Renamed. New venue. Not the same. Disappointed. Backstage Bar looked fun by the pictures. New place looks stuffy, not fun.

We were at a private event for the newly renovated space. Didn't pay for food or drinks. The food was delicious and the renovations are beautiful. Gorgeous and upscale space!
Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. I can see why they have so many reviews.
Music was terrific, but took forever to be waited on for drinks and get menu, which incidentally was very disappointing because of recent changes. Just not a good evening!

There was fast and courteous service. It has a great interior. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

Great hang
Small and cozy space for drinks and appetizers before or after a show in the Cultural District. We went on a Tuesday night and got to catch a live jazz band. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Space is very limited though, so if you plan to catch the live jazz 5-8, make sure you come early. And if you're coming when there's another event going on, parking will also be very limited (and expensive in the garages). Try for street parking.
