I got the Passionfruit Pea Flower Coconut Tropical Fruit, Perfect cooler(Caffeine Free) with the lychee boba. I thought it was too sweet and had a slightly weird after taste but the flavor was overall good. They gave us free strawberry muffins, though.

Never have I ever had an iced matcha latte that had an espresso shot automatically added to it. You normally have to ask to have espresso with your iced matcha latte, but not here. Asked the lady to remake it without the espresso shot and she was more than displeased to, but eventually obliged. And even when she did remake it, for an almost $9 cup, it was truly disappointing.
Oh and if you do stop by, make sure you’re not going somewhere important afterwards, or at least carry perfume, because you will be smelling like greasy oil while waiting for your order due to their open kitchen. Will not be back.

I am in town from Chicago for a conference and one would think that you'd be able to easily find a good coffee/espresso/cappuccino in downtown Pittsburgh, but not so, especially on a Saturday morning. Anyway, I was at a breaking point when I noticed that Bae Bae's Café was within walking distance of the conference hotel. I wanted a coffee earlier, but shops serving between 6:30-9 AM on weekdays were not open downtown. I won't knock that too hard because I think that is typical for business districts in cities ("downtown"). All of the places that seemed as if they had good coffee were not within walking distance. This café opens at 9 AM generally. I walked in and it was a small space, clean slightly shabby chic design with some Korean design elements. The front window was open to the sidewalk this morning. To the point, I had a 16 oz cappuccino that was made very well--extra hot at my request and good foam. The espresso was not bitter, but had just enough edge. Pleasant server, 1980s soundtrack during my visit ( The GoGos, Van Halen, etc.). wasn't looking for food, just coffee, so if that is you, try this café!
Kid-friendliness: I believe the owners walked in with their young son--seems kid-friendly to me.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would be concerned about wider chairs and if this place gets busy, there could be a challenge with entry/exit. Again, it's a small space.

My first experience here was quite interesting. The biggest highlight was how perfectly juicy and delicious my chicken was. Also, Ginger beer isn't bad at all. The seaweed salad was generously delicious. I had to take it home to finish it all and I'm glad i did! The service was so friendly, and the restaurant was so clean, I was ecstatic to be there. Next time I'll bring a friend!
