Might as well go to the gyro place next door because the food isn't going to be all that different and probably tastes better.
I don't know what happened between the last time I ate here a year ago and now but the vibes are very different. Don't go in expecting it to match most of the pictures in reviews. Now you get takeout containers of bland, overpriced food and for some reason everything comes with a side of fries. Almost everything they offer is fried.
Basic seaweed salad cost $7 for one scoop. You can get an entire bulk container of seaweed salad from Costco for around that much.
Also there's Sakura flowers hanging from the ceiling that you have to physically duck under to get to some parts of the seating area.

There was only 1 main dish (crispy tofu) that was fully vegan on its own and is marked that way on the menu however other items can be modified to be vegan. They use worcestershire sauce on some of the other tofu dishes which can be removed to make it vegan if you ask. The cashier seemed fairly knowledgeable on how to make things vegan. The food was very tasty both times we ate there!
We were met with a great venue and atmosphere. Staff was nice, but the food was very bland compared to our usual expectation of Korean food.
Our food was presented in to-go boxes and paper plates [during a city event, so for quick service], but the sauce cups made it impossible to dip or put on the food, the ratio of sauce and food was off as well.
The price I assume is fair for downtown, but I would have no interest in eating here again when there are many other options to eat.
We ordered the spicy wings [crispy...but not spicy at all], bulgogi [very unseasoned], and fried dumplings [impossible to comfortably dip in sauce cups].
The review may sound snobby, but paying 66 dollars for this would expect a LOT better quality.

Everything was amazing! Got the bulgogi and dumplings. Was a little apprehensive about fries coming with it, but it smacked! Everything was fresh and cooked excellently!

Service and atmosphere is great I had the fried chicken and it was pretty bland in terms of flavor so I can't recommend it but other friends food was very good and full of flavor so I'd recommend trying something besides the fried chicken.

We went for dinner on Thursday evening. They didn’t have the ingredients (ginger beer) for the drink they advertised (ginger mule). They didn't have chicken for the teriyaki chicken or breaded chicken item on the menu then didn’t have the sirloin for the sirloin skewers. We left without eating. We were very disappointed. They won’t last long. 😞

Easily the best Korean food I've had since going pescatarian. Incredible sauces and great shrimp, tofu, and cauliflower. Cool, themey ambiance & good service too.

We went after reading reviews here. Disclaimer: we got there at 8:15 on Friday night. Perhaps it was late for dinner? They close at 10. The waiter didn’t want to be there. He answered most of my questions with a roll of his eye and short one word answers. Then the food came… meh…. Honestly. We ordered the dumplings, the chicken wings and the bulgogi beef. The dumplings… meh.. the chicken wings, crispy, but no flavor. The sauces were meh…. The beef bulgogi was good, enjoyed that. Overall, meh…. Not coming back here ever!

Nice location! Crispy tofu was great! Dumplings were great, deep fried like Korean empanadas. Wings are great, but they’ll run out.
The food is very good, but is a bit of a clunky mix, Korean comfort, Korean street food and trendy bar fare.
Place has a cool vibe and nice ascetics for pics and ambiance. The soundtrack was 90s R&B.
Bathroom was missing a paper towel dispenser and has low lighting.

This is my second time back within a month. Everything hits right- it can both be a Korean comfort food meal or be great if you want snacks and drinks. Great bang for the buck as well, we rolled home.
Pictured: garlic cheese wontons (there's 4 in an order but we devoured 2 before the pic), tofu stir fry, beef sukiyaki (come with salads) and the strawberry churros. The cocktails are also incredible.
The only thing I might change would be the ability to have physical menus and the music choice at dinner. It was a little clubby at 6:30pm, and that might not be everyone's vibe at that hour.
