This place is awesome! I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered 30+ minutes before arriving got there found the pickup spot and asked about my order the guy making the orders turn around and the guy on the register/owner looked me in my face and walked past me twice once 15 minutes went past and I watched people put in orders and get their food I asked about my order I was told to calm down and wait if I wanted to keep asking questions I can leave mind you I already paid online 20 minutes later I begin to ask again no one speaks English except for the 2 cashiers and they put my food in the back instead handing it to me then when the boss finally came back not to mention I watched most of the food be prepared while waiting and half the food is microwaved long story short i waited almost 45 mins on food I ordered online 30 mins before I even arrived I was excited to try this but it is by far the worst experience I have had in a while and I will not be returning

Our food was fantastic but what really stuck out was how friendly, helpful and kind the staff was. Everyone in there was just great. Whether you're getting a sandwich or just a bagel with cream cheese, you can't go wrong here.

I just went in to grab something for breakfast. as I was looking around for my food gentleman, rudely asked me if I needed to take my order, informed him I was just looking cinnamon rolls. Then as I approached the register to be rung out, he decided to have a conversation with the guest for over five minutes. I don't know if it was my appearance... but if you're in such a rush for me order my food, Why don't you want take my payment and let me enjoy my breakfast? But as a local business owner, I definitely would not recommend this place. The food is decent quality, but the service is terrible. I would prefer to support local business, but unfortunately, I'm just gonna tell my customers to go to Bruegger's bagels...

BEST BAGELS!
Let me first say I’ve been here quit a few times over the past 3 years and all of my experiences have been great. The owner/employees are always super nice. The food is so good & fresh. They even have a deal of buy 6 get 6 free bagels on Tuesdays.
Now for the second part. Some of these reviews are solely based on the inspection they received and not their actual experience going to this bakery. With that being said. I would say don’t listen to them. Go and experience it for your self and you will see how great it is.

I am disappointed with my experience today. It is unfortunate because I have been to the bagel factory many times with no issues. Today when I placed my order I could tell immediately that the staff were annoyed with me. I ordered an egg white and cheese on a bagel, which I have to do because I have an intolerance to egg yolk. The lady who took my order mumbled something under her breath so I just brushed it off and went to the cashier. After I paid I went to wait outside while my brother waited for our orders. Not knowing that he was my brother, the staff began to make rude comments about me and my order. The man at the register was nice and the bagels were okay, but I wish the staff had some decency to talk nice about their costumers who are helping to keep their business running.
Layout is haphazard and crowded. Did not make my order correctly. Who gets an egg and cheese bagel on a cinnamon sugar bagel? Waste of money had to throw it out since I had not checked my order until I got to work.

Had a Rachel - turkey, sauerkraut, Russian dressing. Lots of salty turkey but very little sauerkraut and dressing. Very disappointed and won't be back. The only positive was the man at the cashier. Friendly and helpful and makes a great Arnold Palmer drink.

I ordered the cornbeef hash. It was very disappointing. The potatos were really overcooked. There were pieces of real corned beef meat and corned beef deli meat. Unacceptable to mix the two. Had I been told that they ran out of real corned beef I would have declined the use of the deli meat. Corned beef hash is made with real meat! Open your container before you leave out so you wont be disappointed!
