My fiancee ordered a steak hoagie online from here. She asked for no onions on her sub. Sub came with onions, but without the mayo or mushrooms that were advertised. When we tried to call to resolve the order it took forever for anyone to pick up. We were told they would make us a new one, but we would have to pick it up, because there wasn't going to be driver available for two hours. When we asked for a refund we were given the same two hour runaround. Lousy way to make a first impression. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered from Bambino's last night, terrible experience. The pizza was 30 minutes late. It was a medium instead of an x-large, and it was extremely ill-prepared. No crust on the ends at all, floppy and undercooked, lack of toppings. I also got cheese fries, bleh. Barely any cheese and they were cold. Extremely disappointing as usually I enjoy Bambino's, but I can't recommend them to anyone after this. Do not order from here, they will mess up your order and do less than the bare minimum in preparing it. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the 2-liter of Dr. Pepper and honestly with how the rest of the food was, I'm surprised it wasn't flat.
