The waiters are extremely kind and make sure you are served with care and intention. They even remembered I don’t take ice in my water

Very fresh and handmade food including the dumplings and noodles.very fast service, and they bring you water without asking the dumplings and soup were all very delicious and the portion sizes are large. The place is really clean, and close to the museum. Definitely recommend!

The food was fantastic.
The servings were very generous.
The Bao and dumplings are the best other than from Hang Ah in San Francisco.
The best Bao that I have had in 45 years.
The restaurant is spotless.
I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Clean space with good customer service. Overall, the food was over priced for the quality. We had a group of 6 and ordered quite a variety of dishes between us all and unfortunately, something was off and we didn't enjoy them.

I loved Bao for many years, but in the recent months it has been pretty bad.
I went in August and ordered some shrimp dumplings, which were completely raw, grey, and cold on the inside. I took this to a worker and they immediately made me something different.
My friends just went a few hours ago, and one started throwing up and another is experiencing bowel issues. I'm not sure what is going on, but the quality has really gone downhill.
I would not go anymore. Don't risk the food poisoning. Its a shame because I used to really like them.

The place was a good bit busy in the dining room but it was quiet enough I could've read a book with no problems they accept Google pay so everything was easy the food was amazing and the soup bowls are bigger than my head had a whole quart of leftovers

At first I was just slightly disappointed with my order because it was far too salty. Ok, fine, not to my taste. But then I found dead bugs in my food. Disgusting. Threw it out.
Delicious food? Check, Wonderful atmosphere? Check, Clean restaurant? Check, Amazing Staff? Check.
You order and pay for your meal through your phone, but you can ask for a physical menu and to pay with cash if needed. The staff are wonderful, always smiling and are quite quick. Water pitcher is provided for the whole table instead of one single cup per person, and the boba tea is even better.
Came here with a friend on a Sunday, so free parking on the sidewalks. Easy to find and easy to get seating too. Definitely plan on coming back next time we are in town!
