Bar Louie - North Shore

Did a Uber Eats order. Someone took the food that didn’t belong to them. The app told us the restaurant had to call and when we called the restaurant they said we had to call. Thermon, the alleged manager just kept ping ponging us around and kept saying how terrible Uber is and that none of the Uber drivers speak good English so it’s their fault. Just felt the restaurant could have done something and perhaps not tried to ping pong their customer around all while blaming drivers who have English as second language. He also went on a tirade about how their corporate office yells at them if they comp over $40 a day. Place is wacko.

DO NOT COME HERE ON STEELERS GAMEDAY!! We got here on steelers gameday for the home opener vs the Seahawks, got to the restaurant at 10am, there was like 10 of us, it took the waitress half hour to get our drinks, which was only beer on tap and she said beer bottles would be faster. We ordered our food at like 10:20, by the time 12 came around only 1 person got there food.
HOUR AND A HALF WAIT FOR FOOD!!! They had like 5 people working the whole restaurant, severely understaffed, but I get it who wants to work at a bar/restaurant on a Sunday morning. My first and last time to the place

So on a game day we ordered cocktails, artender used a stray and tasted them, one was not right and he remade it before serving. To clarify he used straw to extract a little then spit it out. Just to test flavor of his work. Top notch!!!!

The managers suck I had hair in my food and was told there was nothing that can be done for it bar Louie is a flop

Brought my daughter up from MD for her 1sr Steeler game and we stopped in at Bar Louie for quick eat.
This place is a train wreck on opening day.. Not enough staff on. Our waitress, Megan, is extremely nice. Have waited over an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches and still haven't received it with no timetable.
Management is setting the wait staff up. They aren't helping them at all.

I’m there now. Waitress completely messed up order, brought appetizers after food, forgot to take one persons order. Out of food items.

Well can’t really give a review because I got no service. Tuesday afternoon. One group at a table and no one at the bar. I sit at the bar and wait, and wait and wait. The waitress working on the floor was sitting at a table with a friend, no acknowledgment. Ten minutes in she sees me, nothing. Her table have to come find her for service. Me? Still nothing. Another five minutes in that’s it I’m out.
Walk across the street to Shorty’s and greeted as I walk in. Drink and menu in front of me straight away. All served with a smile.

Amazing place and fantastic staff. They went above and beyond after we spent 9 hours in the airport trying to get here. They were kind and confirmed there are some good people in the world.
