I used to go there all the time, I always ordered the same the same thing, sometimes I waited patiently, sometimes I called ahead, I always left a tip. I came to realize that the customer service sucked, and the quality of the food was inconsistent and the staff could care less. They look miserable and we should just put them out of it..

Not worth the money. I was charged separately for things that came with the special. When I saw the high bill I paid it but I asked to have a detailed receipt. It took them a while and they came back with one that was less money saying they took money off. I didn't ask for that so I think that the price they charged me was wrong, and when I asked for the detailed receipt, they fixed it. They had the worst coffee I ever had and the toast came 15 minutes after my meal came. I don't know what they do with the money they make because the place is a dump. Freedom Square in Verona beats this place any day. $56 for 2 adults having the breakfast special (pierogi omelette). and a child having pancakes from the children's menu, never again!!

Excellent chicken and waffles! The sausage gravy is delicious. It isn't very big but we got a table as soon as we walked in.

Fantastic breakfast! Usual diner spot cooked amazing. Our daughter had the regular kid waffles & they were crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside-- she loved it. Husband loved his chicken & waffles. Chicken comes as chicken tenders & the waitress said it was a popular item on the menu. I ordered my usual eggs/toast/homefries/spicy sausage-- the potatoes were alright, a bit too bland I could taste the starch in them; the spicy sausage was a large patty & it was delish! Overall a great experience. Lovely decor-- all dedicated to the armed forces of our country over the century. It's a beautiful tribute.

It was my first time here, the place had a few patrons at the time . We sat in the main room and ordered a simple breakfast, the service was very slow for a place not busy. They were fully staffed in the kitchen yet It took 45 minutes just to get our food ,in that time we were never checked on, offered a refill or even acknowledged after we ordered. After waiting almost a hour my waffle was ice cold and it matched the coffee I had. I would of told her it was cold but she never came back, yet was standing bagging silverware 4 feet from out table. Not a good first impression.

Barbs being a staple for my family while I was growing up. Every Sunday morning was there. Food still amazing but someone has let barbs fall apart. My wife and I even checked to see if it was for sell to keep it alive. Again food still great, the property just makes me sad.
