I love this place. Renee is an absolute joy to speak to. I come back because of how friendly everyone is. They make this place feel like home! I give this store ten out five stars!!! hehe!

I called yesterday to verify that they get the wall street on Saturday. they said they do. I go there today and no wall street journal. first customer there too. wasted a trip over.

I fully understand that this Starbucks is independently owned by Barnes and Nobles, so their policies might differ slightly. But Ive ordered the same drink, multiple Starbucks locations, independent or not across the country for multiple years now and this one decides to give me an issue about it. And with an attitude. Thought maybe the first time it happened it was a fluke, but after multiple occurrences I will definitely not be returning. Considering money is not coming out employees pockets, and it’s not DIFFICULT the way I order, I feel the attitude is not really needed. And she ended up only filling my drink 3/4 way full !

Currently the best Chill-and-Read spot in the Water Works Mall. Secondly, there's a lot of stores that contribute to the excellence! Walmart, Barnes and Noble, Tj Maxx, and more!

They've got basically everything. Except coloring pencils...

Get coffee. Grab a book or magazine and chill for awhile. Favorite spot to keep warm in winter or relax on rainy days.

Great place to lose time while waiting for a table at Burgatory

Enduring the 1.5 hour wait at Burgatory next door? Kill some time at B&N.
