It is a great way to start your day. The staff was friendly, pastries were delicious and it was quality coffee!

Stopped in with grandkids yesterday to get a couple goodies which was enjoyable . As an afterthought, I asked if they made bread and the man (owner, manager?) went in the back and brought out two loaves, one white and one wheat. I chose white and as we paid he was so nice, saying thank you so much for coming in, etc. It was so truly sincere that I will stop back when I’m at the south side. On top of that, the bread was good and the whole loaf was heavy!
The day i was there a loud machine was banging on the entire time. There is not music. Just the noise made when you back things and need a machine repaired. The staff was nice. They some me an 8 solar Salah for 12 dollars and a can of coke four 2 dollars.

I recently got the white raspberry truffle cake from here for my birthday, and oh my goodness! It was truly amazing. We chose this place on a whim because we didn't plan ahead to order a cake from one of our usual bakeries, but I'm so happy we ended up ordering from here because it was literally one of the best cakes I've ever had. Perfectly sweetness level (not overly sweet, which is a big pet peeve), the cake texture was insanely fluffy and moist and delicious, and the flavors were so perfect together. The cake was gorgeous too. This is my new go to bakery and we will be ordering from here a lot!! HIGHLY recommend!

This place was wonderful I only stopped in for a few baked goods and that’s all it took. The customer service was great the atmosphere was very quiet and sleek. Very open. I’m sure the coffee and food is good too even though I didn’t try it. Not sure how this place has less stars than big dog coffee around the corner that place is such a downgrade compared to this

I could raise a chicken in the time it took to receive an eggs benedict. The restaurant had four people in it when I ordered. It was delivered after about fifteen minutes, on bread instead of an English muffin, with potatoes. The waiter helpfully brought silverware when he noticed I didn't have any.Everything was tasty, at least.
I live out of state & wanted to send French macarons to my daughter for her birthday. I did a Facebook search for the best macarons in that area & Bartram House Bakery came up the most. I gave them a call & they were a great help with ordering & delivering the macarons! My daughter absolutely loves the taste & texture was perfect!Thank you to everyone at Bartram House Bakery, you made my daughter's birthday tasty & special!

Everything was stale and old. Cinnamon roll was more like cinnamon rock. The dining area was filthy with easily more than half the tables covered in old food and dishes.$15 for three stale pastries and two burnt coffees.

Wanna clean up the thousand dead bugs outside?
The baked goods are delicious and reasonably priced, the staff is more personable and friendly than pretty much anywhere. What more could you ask for?
They have a water dispenser by the coffee but refused to fill it up when politely asked. The girl behind the counter said it was because they “want to sell bottles of water.” Even though when I first came in there was still water in the dispenser. This is pretty horrible service for a restaurant.Every table was dirty when I entered even though the place was empty. I cleaned my own table and would have looked past this since they seem short staffed, but after the girl working there this morning refused to give us tap water, I think it’s worth noting.
I was told to try the bear claw by an employee and was not steered wrong. Chocolate chip cookies as big as your head! Prices so low I'm not sure how they are staying in business. But seriously, Bartram House was unexpectedly peaceful on a hot Thursday morning. It was calm and quiet despite a decent number of people taking up seats, even with kids. The cases were stocked with mouthwatering cakes I can't wait to try another time and the fresh made sandwich that whizzed by me smelled wonderful.
This picture should speak a thousand words…. My friend and I got both got iced coffee… and were served it in solo cups…. I’m sorry but if you’re going to give me a solo cup and charge the same price as Starbucks while still using Aldi milk and solo cups, the prices should be adjusted as such. We also weren’t given an explanation as to the cups, so I have to assume this is a standard practice for the business.
