Imagine ordering the cake to the right and getting the cake on the left. Although the cake was cute, it was not what we ordered and the icing was absolutely nasty. It was bitter and tasted like plastic. Not to mention I found a piece of plastic on the cake. The ice cream was delicious but the bottom layer cake was hard as a rock. Never again Baskin Robins.

Don’t order a cake from here. I placed a cake order and called a few hours before day of to let them know when I’ll be picking up, come to find out their cake decorator isn’t even there and no one called me to tell me I wouldn’t be getting the cake I paid for.

Absolutely the worst experience ever . Ordered a cake , sent the design , they lost it, send it again they failed to make it . Colors were faded and ugly . Cake was splitting apart . Employee didn't care . Called to complain never got a call back with any resolution. Do not waste your money . They screw it up and do not care . Horrible customer service.

Save yourself time and don't order cake from here. I ordered a 40th cake and when I showed up to pick it up they said they didn't have it because they can't make cakes. No one could alert me so I could get a cake in time they just accepted my money. Terrible location go to Freeport.

Yes, I love BR and one bad experience in one store doesn't mean you're going to have a bad experience in another store! Plus I can't live without my BR chocolate chip ice cream...This visit was a 5+ star experience because of a young man named CJ. There was a language barrier with the lady who was waiting on me and CJ stepped right in and helped her. He made conversation with me and it made my day to know that he was studying to be a nurse and working full time while preparing for his fiancé having their baby in August. This young man is what our future is all about! Thank you BR for hiring him!

Worst Baking Robins ever! The worst Sunday I could ever order. My kid scoop dance in the tiny cup as small it was, smaller than the kid size cup. They didn’t have the ingredients, the add chocolate syrup from DD cafe mix. The Sunday scoop were the same size as my kid, ice cream was old and frosted, nut were stiff. HORRIBLE!
